The lady’s at front desk was so nice and sweet

The receptionist was amazing. I cannot think of her name at this point, but she told us about a restaurant and we went. The food was delicious and when we said we were sent by the hotel, they sent a little goodie bag back for her what great teamwork Nothing

It was a great place to stop and rest along our journey.

I stay at Tru hotels often. Unfortunately, this one was sub standard compared to others I have stayed. The staff were very rigid. The breakfast options were limited not to mention they were out of things. I definitely won't stay at this location again.

Room was clean and So Spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Good breakfast, convenient location, very busy, but quiet. I was close to elevators and nothing disturbed sleep. Friendly staff. comfortable room, nice bathroom/shower. Felt safe. It was fine, would stay again.

Very good

Coffee was bad. Food was barely acceptable. Parking was fine. Staff was mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Rooms were not well equipped. They called it a "minimalist" approach. It was not my taste.

I liked that the staff was friendly and they had lots of amenities. Even a little shop downstairs where you could buy drinks and stuff if you wanted. It’s kinda secluded Behind a couple of construction projects going on theee And the parking is a little disorganized

Everything Nothing

Everything was fine. I did request a room on the 1st floor but was given a room on the 3rd. I’ve requested rooms on the 1st for in the past and haven’t been able to get it. Read above

Perfect for our quick overnight stay.

I did not like the size of the room and the fact that there were no bed side lighting. Just EXTREMELY BRIGHT overhead can lights. The room had no microwave and the smallest refrigerator i have ever seen situated under a luggage rack. it was hard to reach. No drawers for clothing and I felt like with the lighting that I was in a hospital room. I will NEVER stay at a Tru again. The room felt cold and sterile. Did not like at all!!
