Cute, comfortable, dedicated free parking, breakfast included, close to all historic Roanoke has to offer! Nada.

Fantastic stay. Came for a concert down the street and was given the top corner balcony suite. Staff were very helpful and polite. Felt 100% safe

We enjoyed the location close to eateries, a park for walking our dog, and enjoyed seeing such magnificent care of the old downtown buildings. We were only there for one night so it would be a place to come back to on other travels. The hotel is very well maintained and we loved the size of our room. Breakfast was filling and yummy. The hotel itself was hard to get to inorder to check in due to part of the street being one way. We had to drive around several times to figure out how to park in the unloading area infront of the hotel.

The toilet is a standard, low one. There are grab bars that you would have to be a contortionist to use. I brought my own extender and it was a good thing I did. The flat shower leaked water everywhere. Worried about slipping and falling. As for the room, only one side of the bed had a place with a plug in for a telephone or any electronic devise a handicapped person may need. Could not see the time at night. Needs a clock near the bed. Also, all the seating in the room is low. The only place I could sit and get off of easily was the bed. Surprisingly, there were a few high seats in the breakfast area. I always wonder if, when a handicapped room is built, is a handicapped person consulted. I really don't think we are. The location of the hotel is great. However, the parking is terrible. There is municipal paid parking on 6 floors of the bldg with one handicapped spot by the elevator and they are very poorly marked. On all 6 floors, the 1 spot was taken by cars with no handicapped placards. It was very difficult to find a regular spot.

We stayed in a corner room that was quite expensive for the night. The view was amazing. Sadly, the room was not clean. There were Cheeto’s scattered in the floor, someone’s hair in the bathroom floor, and the sheets looked as if they had been slept in. We also had very little hot water in the shower. Disappointing for the price but we notified the staff and they did clean the room at our request while we were at dinner. I can’t imagine we would opt to stay there again.
