Excellent stay except the air conditioner kept cutting off

When I arrived in the lobby it was really hot. The whole building was just plain ridiculously hot. I got to my room and it smelled like hot cigarette ash because there was no air cond running. I had to turn on the air cond and leave the room for several hours to get it tolerable. The side door entrance opens without a key so that felt unsafe. The door did not automatically shut like most hotels. I believe this is being used for apartment rental and honestly don't like that either. I do not think I will return to this place again. I feel like this place needs new flooring as the carpet looked worn and dirty.

No elevator and no staff to help with bags. Breakfast was minimal and food offerings were not appetizing. The room was clean although the bathroom door was almost impossible to close. The curtains were torn and looked shabby.

The location and the staff were great. The breakfast was good. The room could have been cleaner. Bathroom was not cleaned and was missing towels. Ants and giant bug in room.

The room Was gross the couch need to be replaced they have old mold in them... The carpet was old and smelly .. smelled like the had a flood and never maintained it well .. the doors had bad upkeep everything was either broken or ripped carpet..the only decent thing was bed was comfy

The hotel was in a convenient spot, it was around the Tanglewood Mall for shopping and to restaurants for meals. It’s a. Wry nice place, would go back.

the room was nice and clean. the only problem there was not enough drawer space to unpack.

Close by everything,plus everything worked like it should except for the sink,one time the sink clogged up.

I am not sure the room was thoroughly cleaned. The sink was dirty up under the lip of the counter top & there were some hand prints on the walls. The lamp on the bedside table on the left side did not work nor did the clock. The clock read 8:22 our entire time there.
