Location wonderful in the heart of the old village. Probably reasonable value Own private access. Staff lovely. Bathroom needs a clean linen older. Kitchenette only one burner worked and all looked very old

Rochefort is an amazing place, and this property is excellent to experience this little town. The property is situated in the center plaza, so everything is close and you can walk around. The room was comfortable and clean. As it is a small town, check-in times have a limit. It's not bad, but it should be posted in the description when booking. We were traveling by car from Bordeaux and there was an accident on the highway that delayed us. When we called to let them know, they told us that 9pm was the check-in limit time, so we had to speed up our pace.

in the centre of very touristy picturesque village. no car access to front door to unload bags, hot attic room with no ventilation, access by spiral stairs, kitchen utensils like from charity shop, no bench top just a sink, coffee machine needed filters.

The location was perfect, in the centre of gorgeous Rochefort-en-Terre but away from the noise of the main streets. We left our car in the 'payant' car park which cost 6,50 Euros for the period from about 13.00 hours on the Monday to 11.30 hours the next day.
