It was very clean and the overall environment was comfortable. We stayed during construction so a lot of the amenities were unavailable.

The only place we could go in the hotel was the bar and holy smokes it was expensive!

Very nice and clean. The elevator is outside in the parking lot and it’s too small and tight to access.

The parking facilities were great. I missed the restaurant which was under renovation. No one replaced the coffee packets on the 2nd day.

We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments.

I jave 2 rooms rented here. The tdmp in hall and rooms are set at about 80. Have bedn complaining for days. Nothing is happening. I am here for emergency purposes and now Expedia and Aspen Select get to collect my $1200 while providing inhabitable sleeping conditions.
