Nice older hotel right across the street from the Mayo Clinics St. Mary's hospital. Reasonably priced, includes parking and breakfast! I will stay there again on my next trip to Rochester.
-
The staff was nice Mildewy smelling, small room, road construction everywhere, not handicapped accessible to get to with the road construction. Temperature control was terrible. Mold in air conditioning
-
I like the location close to Mayo Clinic Hard parking and the building is simple.

Room was clean, parking was very convenient across the street from St Mary's Hospital. Continental breakfast adequate and convenient.

It was nice that we could just walk across the street to the hospital each day. Nice and friendly staff!

The staff help was amazing...from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Along with I had forgot my apple watch charger in the room and I was already about 45 mins out of Rochester and the hotel called me to let me know that I had left it and stated they could mail it to me. Monday night the front desk person made cookies for the desk. I had an issue with the A/C in the room and with out hestitation, the staff person moved usto another room. All and all a great experience. And they had free parking...huge bonus!!

Perfect location!

Used Aspen Select for my visits to the Mayo Clinic, which was close by. Rooms were well stocked and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical continental meal. The only downside was that the curtains didn’t cover the windows completely which allowed light to shine in the room. If you need complete darkness this might be an issue.

convenience

Conveniently located by St Mary’s. Property was dated. Room was clean but gave off 70’s vibes. Needs to be updated. Maintainence guy was smoking weed in the parking garage.

Parking was tough. Other patrons parked horribly, so we were unable to find a parking spot. Thankfully, the person at the desk moved his vehicle and gave us his parking spot. Also the sliding door did not covered the entire bathroom opening. There was little to no air conditioning, and we were not able to adjust the temperature of our room.

Very nice and reasonable

Breakfast was more than adequate with good variety for many different tastes. I particularly liked the cook your own Belgian waffle set up. Having been a frequent guest at your hotel, I found that some of the rooms did not have doors. I prefer a bit more privacy. Also as a frequent guest, it would be nice to have some kind rewards program like Wyndham. Even a small discount would be nice on the 11th stay.

The only thing I didn't like about my room was no window to the outside. If I slid my floor to ceiling drapes open, the was a hallway With a whole wall of windows on the other side but then anyone walking down the hall had a full open view of my room with no privacy. That wall should be 6 foot or 6.5 feet tall with a window all the way across to allow light from the hallway window to enter the rooms and still give you privacy.
