The room & property was comfortable. Only dislike was the taste of the water. The machines needed new filters or maybe just the water in that area. I have stayed here many times & will continue to.

Spacious rooms, very clean. Wonderfull continental breakfast. Parking was additional underground. Convenient location. Uber to and from Mayo Clinic.

Poor communication, lack of understanding and not given any options. We did not receive any communication that the pool was closed for a week, which was our reason for selecting it. When we spoke to the workers and manager they gave us no options.

The pool was closed, the made to Oder breakfast was not very good. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Will definitely be staying here for future Mayo Clinic appointments.
