Our only complaint was the bed. It was pretty hard & not very comfortable. Staff & shuttle drivers were very friendly.

This was our second stay here and we definitely would stay again. Staff are great. Breakfast is decent with protein options available and offered early enough to still eat before appointments. Pool and hot tub are nice, pool is a little cold but hot tub nice and toasty. Beds are very firm - take that however you choose. The sofa sleeper does not have sheets so you have to request those. Bathroom shower floor is slippery, so be careful. Kitchenette is very convenient to have. Parking is very safe and appreciated. Convenience of the shuttle to Mayo is wonderful and the driver is responsive and quick. Overall, great stay.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes, and completely ruined my stay. That’s really too bad as I will never be back.

Room needed a wipe down of the handles, knobs, as it was not clean. Can see grime still on it. Needed refilling of toilet paper. Otherwise room is big and spacious. Parking is very limited and didn’t have enough for all the cars on a weekday.
