Room lock would not light up and you had to heat if it was unlocked which took 4 minutes each swipe. TV color was flickering every color under the rainbow. Hair in the bathroom that was not ours. No, would not stay here again.

Shittle to Mayo Clinic was on time and not crowded. The bar/restaurant next door was lively and food was good. The beds are not too comfortable for someone with back issues.

We loved this property! The pool was fun for every age. It was very nice to have the bedroom with full bath plus another half bath in the living room area.

The hot tub was nice and hot and the breakfast was decent. My bed looked like it had crumbs in it and the whole place in general really needs updating. If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel, it’s decent.

The hotel was in a good location. Just minutes from everywhere we needed / wanted to go. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was noticeably dirty and our AC leaked causing large puddles on the floor. We had to spend a lot of our time cleaning and maintaining the water leak when we could’ve been enjoying ourselves.

I came to Rochester because my daughter was having surgery for her stomach cancer which is stressful enough without having to worry about having a filfthy hotel room and no housekeeping service for my 3 day stay , very dissatisfied , I paid almost $400 for my 3 day stay , will not be back or recommend

We were only there for one night and the entire experience was good. The breakfast was mediocre and pretty typical for free continental breakfast. The hot tub was not in working order, but that happens on occasion. The staff was excellent and very friendly at check-in and allowed us to even have a late checkout, which was helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.
