Needs better cleaning in the room

nice staff but bathroom was a little outdated.

The room and property were clean. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Only complaint is that the pool was not in working order and when we requested additional towels we were told we had to wait until the next morning.

It was okay for the price. Bathroom had some cleanliness minor issues. The whole property had strong scents (not necessarily bad, but strong). WiFi was slow/spotty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stick to the “cold” items for breakfast. Location was good. Beds seemed slightly smaller than a normal queen?

My daughter left headphones in the room and they called us to let us know. Not many hotels go beyond to reach out with something like that and it was very much appreciated. This was not our first stay there and definitely won’t be our last. They have earned our business whenever we are in the area.

The lady at the front was very nice and helpful. I didn’t like that it didn’t have an elevator, but she put us on the bottom floor. The pool was not operable. Above all I would stay again.

Although the guest services were excellent, I ended up moving out after one nights stay. The smell of mold was overwhelming and tiny bugs were bitting me all night. I was afraid to take a shower because of how the fixtures looked. There was also what appeared to be a dried up blood stain on the bed covers. My money was refunded and I was able to immediately move into another hotel where my stay was marvelous. I’m so sorry to make such an unpleasant review.

Couldn't use the pool due to maintenance and that was my only negative

The room was clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating. The facility was very quiet, especially considering that there was a club basketball team staying there as well.

Property does not look like photos on the website. Ice machine on the first floor near room 120 and 119 is dirty. My room was not cleaned or new towels brought to the room.

Nothing The staff tried to over charge me !! And they was so hateful to me and my wife

Please do better with your breakfast options. Biscuits and gravy and potatoes everyday can be a make or break deal for future visitors.

We checked in a little early and the front desk was welcoming and let us check in early. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic. Fried potatoes, biscuits & gravy, toast and fruit. My husband is diabetic and he was very limited in what he could have.

Easy parking, clean room , we enjoyed

Extremely clean for the price I paid. Would definitely stay there again if I had to. Hallways were even clean.
