Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rock Hill, SC

Location and friendly staff Hallways didn't have a/c. 1 elevator that was broken for portion of the stay. Very small pool and not a fan of where pool was located. Small, flat pillows.

Not much Pretty much everything. Our couch bed mattress was filthy and we needed to sleep 3 in 1 bed. We did mention that we were a family of 5.

Not good breakfast because they didn’t have anything we like also no drinks only orange juice and water We couldn’t watch television

They have turned Comfort inn and suites into a budget hotel, from one of the calling cards (very good hot breakfast to a continental breakfast) also this location is short on parking.

Breakfast needs to start at 6:00 and you need eggs beacon sausage cereal boxes ( cereal dispenser almost empty and difficult to turn enough to get any cereal out

Veery limited Hallways needed cleaning...

Found bug in the bathroom. Chair at desk was not steady.

NOTHING We had an awful experience. Was given a room and walked into someone sleeping in the bed. Given another room with dirty carpent, and food in the refrigerator, no towels and room and halls smelt so bad.

Good location. Front desk staff was friendly. The room wasn’t ready at 3pm.But it was a short wait. The towels were not readily available at 3p I went to front desk at 11p and initially told they were still being wash/dried. NOT APPROPRIATE.

Dirty mattress No gym No washer or dryer as stated on website Also housecleaning didn’t show up for 2 days and we couldn’t get clean towels insane!!

Pool area

Nothing Nasty not maintained, false advertisement about fitness center. There’s not one. Staff not very friendly. Property not Clean and very Musky Smell. Room not clean and not in Good condition. Snack machine out of order and water and Juice machine out of order. Parking lot and entrance on each side nasty and trash everywhere. Blacks spots on curtains. Toilet nasty with Dried Sh*t on rim when lifted seat to use. I have Pictures of everything.

I let them know ahead of time that I needed first floor unless they had an elevator. We were put on second floor. The elevator didn’t work the rest of time we were there. It was painful for me to walk up the stairs.

Breakfast was okay. When we arrived we couldn’t check in due to the elevator not working and it was taking the cleaning staff longer to clean the rooms.

Not for me and my wife. Just not up to our standards.

Nice staff Surprised Radisson is willing to let this be part of their franchise. The hotel needs major overhaul - stained carpets, cracked paint, chipped furniture, broken tile ... you name it. It was ugly. The other issue was the smell: some kind of cleaning-chemical smell combined with residual smoking fumes.
