Very convenient, close to shops and restaurants and the he highway.

All was good, a friend referred this place, I would definitely stay again/any of their properties. All staff that I enactive with was very friendly, pleasant and the hotel was very clean.

Once we arrived, and trying to check in, we were told that there was no rooms available, even after proving my reservation with confirmation email. However the general manager moved us anther location but 23 mins away.

ShEverything was as expected except when I took a shower the shampoo dispenser didn’t work.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bathroom has full size bottles of Evelyn & Crabtree shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. The food is also good.

The toilet ran and the bathroom door was squeaky when open and close. On Friday night someone knocked on our door and ran. Probably some kids playing around.

Great breakfast, clean all around, plenty of parking, nice pool. Staff is friendly.

Krista, Jennifer, and the young man who made breakfast they were awesome!!! Front desk was also helpful with checkin.Professional and friendly. Property was close to the softball field and it was easy to find. It was also in a great location near food, shopping, and fireworks. The door in our bathroom did not close or lock properly. Didn’t enjoy having to pay 16 plus dollars with tax for breakfast. Rooms are very costly now and most use time away with children. To pay over 50 dollars for breakfast is a big deal. Many hotels include breakfast and you are a premier accommodation for people who travel. Still trying to understand why you charge so much for your breakfast and that is not a buffet. Lastly you do not take into consideration people that are diabetic all your drink selections have high sugar content and then as a type 1 diabetic we have to purchase a 3 dollar drink that now puts breakfast at 20 dollars. Try to reconsider the value of your customers.

The hotel has a dining area which is extremely nice after driving all day.

The junior suite was roomy and comfy, the family enjoyed the double tv screens and spacious room. Staff was nice, best by far was the dining staff (Morris was an absolute star). We used the gym ✅ laundry ✅ breakfast/dining✅… Hilton Rock Hill gets 5 stars ⭐️
