Toilets are made for preteens in height. Beds was too large for my wife to get into as she is 5 foot. The staff was excellent being professional, helpful and friendly.

THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS ALWAYS STOCKED AND VERY CLEAN. THE LOBBY AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AS WELL. MY ROOM WAS SATISFACTORY. IT WAS CLEAN UPON CHEVK-IN. MY ONLY ISSUES IS THAT NO ONE CLEANED MY ROOM ON THE DAYS I REQUESTED. MY STAY WAS FROM 8/13/26-8/19/26. FOR THE FIRST 4 DAYS, I REQUESTED NO CLEANING SERVICE, VIA THE SIGN ON THE DOOR HANDLE. FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS, I REQUESTED SERVICE. I RECEIVED NONE. I SPOKE WITH A CLEANING TEAM MEMBER, WHO WAS ON MY FLOOR. SHE COMMUNICATED THAT IT WAS NOT THE DAY FOR MY ROOM TO BE CLEANED. I ASKED HER FOR TOILET PAPER, SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY ON HER CHART. SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD BRING ME TOILET PAPER, BUT SHE DID NOT!!!!!! AS WELL, I NEEDED TRASH PICK- UP. I ENDED UP PLACING 3 BAGS OF TRASH INTO THE HALLWAY. ONLY ONE DAY OF MY 3 DAY REQUEST FOR CLEANING, DID A CLEANING TEAM MEMBER KNOCK ON MY DOOR. SHE GAVE ME TISSUE AND TRASH BAGS, PER MY REQUEST.

Hotel was by far one of the better ones I booked. Clean rooms, good breakfast and excellent staff.

What was there for breakfast was good. Limited options. No soap in dispenser, no body wash, no wash clothes , only 1 hand towel and only 1 body towel in a room for two people. Staff neefs attention to detail.

Allowed early check in to accommodate us - my daughter had just had surgery Pool was closed down by DHEC. Fire pit area was not clean - seat were tore and stain - actual fire pit was filled with cigarette butts and cigars

The stay was good, the hotel was clean inside and outside the staff was friendly and professional!!! The beds slept well and the sheets were soft and comfortable! They only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not working and I booked this location for the pool experience. Also I asked for the room to be vacuum 3 days in a row with no other clean up requested and it was never done…. Even when I saw the cleaning crew in the hall I asked for this one thing to be done but it never happened. Overall I would highly recommend this location it is located around the movie theater, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Side walks available to take a stroll to theses facilities!

Was clean and comfortable! Staff wasn’t as friendly as some of the other places we stayed.

Breakfast was pretty good, always cheese omelettes, sausage, potatoes and others such as cereal and cinnamon rolls. The bed was also pretty comfortable tho it sits up kinda high off of the floor. The Hotel is right beside the highway and also a bed that sits high off if the floor
