Interesting hotel. Was definitely a great hotel in its hay day, you can tell. Lots of cool history. But, It is now past its prime. Starting with the positives. Staff here is terrific, very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is clean and rooms are clean. And there is free sit down breakfast. That’s where it ends. The hotel design and layout is weird. There is an atrium in the middle with a pool, lounge and big vacant space. All of the interior rooms open to this atrium. If you book a two queen room , you will be opening to the atrium on the lower level. If you’re on the lower level, you have no windows, kinda like a dungeon…..strange. Rooms and the whole hotel try to have a western feel but are just dated and old. Bathroom in the room was very old. Old shower, toilet….etc. Breakfast was sit down style ordered off a menu. Staff was excellent and attentive and menu was good. I had French toast and eggs. Was pretty good, however bacon was microwaved which was disappointing. We also had eggs and toast. That one was awful, bland potatoes flavorless toast, microwaved bacon and raw eggs(supposed to be over easy) very unappetizing. I’m sure some would find this hotel ok, it just did not live up to expectations and previous reviews.

We traveled in a large group with 8 rooms, 2 of those rooms had to be moved because it smelled like cigarette smoke bad. The vents in the room were also blowing in the smell of cigarette smoke. The room keys are a joke. Non of our keys ever worked. The night staff was supper friendly and great. Bathrooms weren’t clean.

Rooms were clean. Convenient location next to a truck stop and across the street from a delicious Mexican restaurant. A little damp and musty smelling due to the pool area.

Friendly staff , Debra at check-in was Fabulous, friendly, professional &courteous. The lady that checked me out was also Fabilous, friendly ,professional& courteous. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name . Breakfast was wonderful , staff there was great!

Very clean room. Breakfast was excellent - the only place we have stayed over the last 6 weeks that served a really good hot breakfast ordered off a menu and chef cooked. Servers in dining room did a great job as well. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Older hotel but well maintained and clean rooms. Although the property is nonsmoking, the room still had a faint smell of smoke - likely due to previously being a smoking room. The fitness center is small and we were not able to utilize it due to the limited hours.

Absolutely worth staying here! It is a bit older hotel, but you can tell they are working on updates, and the staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable!

The staff at this location was amazing. They were so kind and so helpful. There is an indoor pool and it’s in a very convenient part of town. Ample parking and it was quiet.

The free breakfast was scant but free. The sheets and towels appeared clean. The staff were all friendly. Not too many options for hotels in Rock Springs.
-
The staff were fantastic- cordial, enthusiastic about our choosing their hotel, parking is ample and the breakfast is pretty amazing for being comped in a very reasonable room rate.

The room was good, slightly dated. But I liked that aspect of the hotel. The breakfast could have been a little better. It was a typical continental, but one of the 3 hot items was not replenished. We would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Outlaw Inn was far and above every other. Rooms were clean, staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was the best.

The amenities are great except they are redoing there bar and grill so we were not able to use, but looking forward to coming back!

What a great experince we had here. The property is well maintained and the staff was friendly and engaging, especially Sierra (holding doors for us and guiding us to our room). The hot serve yourself breakfast was very good (omelets, bacon, sausage, french toast, etc). We stayed there twice a week apart on our way to and from Yellowstone. Can't reccomend them enough. Thank for a great visit.

Just returned from a 7 day motorcycle trip. I stayed at 7n different hotels. This was the best staff I experienced the whole week. I will be sure to include them in my next trip itinerary.

The exterior is not impressive BUT: Beds and pillows are comfortable. The decor is updated. The bathroom is updated. The water pressure is awesome in an older plumbing system! The towels need upgrading—thin and rough. The breakfast room and the breakfast buffet were well stocked and tended
