Under the bedspread of both beds were fine particles of sand which we swept away so we could sleep. I would rate this motel a 1.5, and only used if all others in Rock Springs are unavailable.

The sheets in the room had not been changed they had hair and dog paw prints in them. I requested a different room which was granted and the bed was clean but the property is not being maintained well the trash cans on the exterior of the rooms are overflowing and the condition of the interior of the rooms are just barely passable.

Our room was very clean!

For the price you can't beat the spot, but for more than one night I'd go somewhere else. Rooms are decent and breakfast was OK. Pillows were flat and like sleeping on nothing. Mattress was uncomfortable. Woke up with back hurting. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Stray hairs around. Just felt like I stayed in a glorified motel 6.

Nice clean room. Property could use a little work, but great for a one night stop over.
-
Very quiet the kitchen that are great a full-size fridge microwave sink, hot plate way better than it used to be when it was Motel six

The staff was amazing, the room was so affordable and clean and nice. Such a great experience! Breakfast wasn’t bad either!

Room was clean, fridge was cold, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices, what else can you ask for at this price point.

Staff very friendly & helpful and the room was clean. While I didn’t request an accessible room — which are always great because of the removable shower head! - it wasn’t actually a fully accessible room. There’s a table with chairs that block both the access to the kitchen corner & getting into the bathroom unless you can move them. The door is wide, counter high, toilet at a ADA compliant height with grab bars & space for someone in a chair. Great! But it has super high bathtub without an edge wide enough to sit & transfer. Actually there shouldn’t even be a tub, but a shower with a stool or fold down seat. There are people who can’t get out of their chair (thus removable shower head). There’s also no spout so if you wanted a bath, you can’t fill the tub. I notice these things because I was the chairperson (pun!) of my company’s safety committee for 7 years and a certified auditor. My recommendation is for staff to ask folks who don’t need an accessible room if they want a different one, and if they don’t mind, letting them know they can’t take a bath (despite it having a tub). If they are in a chair, then you have to inform them of the obstacles — especially if they’re solo. The room was also missing a hair dryer. But for me….it was great! I also appreciated there were enough regular coffee pods to make a decent mini pot of coffee! So while I have a critical eye, I would stay here again.

For the price it wasn’t bad. Rooms have clearly been updated but the bathrooms have not. Need to redo the tub. It’s old and stained up. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like but I stayed so wasn’t bad enough for me to leave. Floors were not clean either but at least it wasn’t nasty old carpet. We stayed one night long enough to sleep and hit the road so it did the trick.

Clean room and nice continental breakfast. Highly recommended!

Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. However, the ice machine was broken, so that sucked.
-
Clean, good breakfast, hospitable staff. Good deal for what I needed while traveling.
-
It’s a cheap and clean place to stay, never felt unsafe there either. Clean bedding and bathrooms as well.

Updated decor and furnishings. Comfortable and clean bed and linens. The staff was really friendly and helpful in ensuring that my bikes would be safe on the rack overnight. I liked how most of the hotel is enclosed in a U shape so there is no opportunity for outside foot traffic, people wandering in to peek in cars, etc. It is surrounded by truck stops and gas stations, but there is a 24-hour Denny's across the street, which was a lifesaver with our late arrival. I would come back.
