The room smelled like dog piss. I told her multiple times about the room being hot and never handle the information. The room smell the lady called herself cleaning it again but it smell bad. Even the bed smells really bad. I had to sleep on top on my covers instead the bed.

The property itself is very nice: modern, spacious, nicely appointed. The staff was competent and kind. The pricing for pets is a total ripoff, a complete scam, they should be embarrassed. It’s so expensive that I expect to see a hazmat team doing the cleaning. This property is NOT pet friendly, it’s a trap to charge customers way too much. Also, it’s a business hotel and the coffee/breakfast place doesn’t open til 7am. Really?! Come on.

So i booked this online obviously through expedia. I drove all the way from san diego and got to rock springs at 10 pm. Signs said open , said vacancy...noone in office. I call and a rude guy answered, i asked if they are open , he says nope and we have no vacancies. I said i booked online , he said TOO BAD !!! so rhey get to pocket my money ??????

This hotel was not open for reservations.

Stated they did not have my reservation when i called the day of to confirm. Said they would book me anyway and that someone would meet me there at 7pm. Got there and no one was there. When i called it was really shady. We went elsewhere. Once i was there, i was happy that i wasn't staying, if that's any indication

Had reservations and when we arrived, they said we did not have a reservation and they were booked up. It seemed sketch anyway, so we went elsewhere.
