Room was clean, staff was nice and very helpful. Would stay there again.

The parking lot and main are was clean, and there was no pests so I will give that credit. However there was some sort of splatter all over the bathroom (looked to be blood splatters), the shower was questionable about standing in it, and the ceiling was peeling right where the sprinkler was. Took us a minute to figure out how to turn on our AC, but our friends did not work in their room, and the buttons were so worn out you could not read them. When checking in, I went to use my fiancés card (who was standing next to me and handed me the card), and because the name didn’t match they had to switch the reservation info (which is understandable), however, the employee then completely disregarded me, and even pulled the card back when I went to go grab it to swipe for payment. I was then completely ignored for the reminder of all transactions and was treated as a bother when I had to go back to let them know our card was not reading to get into our room. There are also no deadbolts or extra security measures put on the doors, so if you have any little running around, they can open the door and escape the room very easily.

No elevator! The room was fair the back stairs were dirty. The only entrance was in the front door.

We paid for a queen size bed when we checked in not even 2 minutes after being there we found a dead cockroach on the floor and the room smelled like bug spray all over the place we called the lobby and ask for our money back we were denied then they offered to move us to a different room and even though I paid for a queen bed the room they moved us to was a room with a smaller bed it was a full size instead of a queen and when we went into that room there was a dirty used Band-Aid on the ground and she didn't give us a key for the new room so if we left we wouldn't have even been able to get in. And there's was a guy who brought a prostitute in with him and we can here them loudly having sex right above us in the room upstairs.
