Istanbul Efes Hotel

The room and all shared spaces were clean and organized. I didn’t took breakfast there so can’t comment on that but overall a great stay! Only complain is that my room was sharing a wall with the elevator and it was very noisy, to keep in mind if you have a light sleep.

Breakfast was ok, room and bathroom was clean, and comfortable to use. There was shower gel and shampoo, but not a hand soap.

Location, cleanliness

Staffs were really kind and helpful. But the only problem was the WiFi of the Hotel. Low speed WiFi but overall the hotel was super!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to both the tram and metro stations. the hotel was very clean. The staff were excellent—despite our early arrival, they kindly provided us with access to the room an hour in advance. Overall, the service was amazing, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. The room did not have a proper closet, so we had to keep all our clothes in the luggage. The open wardrobe without a door was not very convenient. There was also no sofa or table (only had a small one but it was broken), which made it difficult to sit comfortably in the room. Additionally, the kettle for tea was only available in the lobby. It would be perfect if these amenities could be provided in the room for future stays.

Hotel is clean and Staff is friendly and makes everything to make you happy.

It was terrible. The road was under construction. We had to walk with our luggage along the construction area. It was difficult to find the place.

The rooms were untidy and the bathroom was dirty. It was clear that the windows hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The service was poor – I asked for breakfast to take away, but they refused, claiming it wasn’t possible. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I do not recommend this hotel.

There was a lot of grocery shops and local eateries at decent prices nearby. Also it was not difficult to park the car nearby. Internet connection was not fast. There was no kettle, coffee or tea in the room. There was no fridge in the room. Cleaning was not good and was not on a daily basis although we always hung the sign on the door. Breakfast trays were not refilled after 10.10 even though the breakfast finishes at 10.30 so if you go to have breakfast after 10.00 you might not find warm food like eggs or burek. Breakfast was decent, but I would appreciate more varaities.

Everything was excellent Just the shower pressure was not good . Everything else is perfect

It was clean and nice, most of the staff was kind and helpful, smiling and making me feel welcome. Close to "Topkapi kebap" with very welcome people and nice food. It was Close to the tram and bus making it easy to get around. One of the younger men of the staff was bitter and angry, almost didn't say a word and it felt uncomfortable to ask questions or even ask for coffee making me feel judged. Breakfast could be a bit more choices.

Very nice place. Very good staff. Very good location. The hotel is nice , clean rooms , nice staff , good speaking english.Good location , many options for using the public transport.
