The room was set up to be very efficient. There were storage areas and a great closet with a light and drawers. I would definitely stay here again and it would be fantastic for the business traveler. The person working the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable.

Housekeeping was disappointing. They changed towels after 2 nights and never changed the sheets at all during a 4 night stay. Very disappointed on this during 100+ temperatures.

We liked the room in general. It was very clean, perfect size suite for 2 people. All the staff we had any interaction with were very respectful & helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the buffet. Needs more variety that excludes watery scrambled eggs.

The staff here are truly amazing. I have been living in hotels for a couple of months due to moving etc. and I am looking forward to staying again this month. From the maintenance crew to the front desk staff and housekeeping... I cannot say enough about the amazing team here. I was so well looked after!

Excellent hotel and stafff. My only concern was no one cleaned my room the 4 nights I stayed. However the rooms were well appointed. Making it easier to maintain the room. The front desk staff promptly. Supplied me with clean towels/ washcloths. Will definitely stay again on my scheduled trip in August

We always stay here when visiting family in Rockwall. The rooms are great and very well laid out and breakfast is good

I like that it was away from the highway, so vehicle noise was low. Has a nice maintained outside area to walk and walk your dogs. Our room was neat and clean. We used the washer and dryer very convenient and clean. My con was the noisy a/c, but I can put up with it, cause it sure did cool well. All in all everything was wonderful and people are friendly. Thank you staff and management.
