I put a tarp over the bed just to rest a bit as there was no way I was laying on those sheets. Plz save yourself the hassle. The whole place is heavy with a damp sickly stink.

Had difficulty Checking in with front desk staff, very rude and unprofessional, Elevator needs cleaning, Rooms had funky smells and desperately need renovation, especially the kitchen appliances, make sure you bring your own kitchen utensils and supplies, towels are limited use, you are required to switch them out, and you only get about 2 towels, Walls are stained in the room, if you have 2 travelers, get the double bed room, Otherwise you will be sleeping in one small twin bed, The sofa was chewed up and damaged like a dog was offended by it and attacked it, and they charge you almost $5 per washing machine in the laundry facility, I’m surprised this place is still open considering a lot of health code violations and safety issues you see from the time you arrive.

This is by far the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at, dirty dirty! There was even a towel left from previous guest behind the bathroom door! My daughter and I ended up leaving and staying somewhere else! Ig that’s the price for staying at cheap hotels, but it was the closest to the place we were going to.

They place was dirty from the start, when we get to our room the sheets were stained and only 2 thin pillows not enough wash cloth or towels.

Walking into the building there was a strong odor of marijuana. The ONLY redeeming factor was Pam, the check in person. She was very sweet, kind, and professional. The room itself looked dirty and there was dirt between the sheets and bedding. We had no choice but to stay as everything was booked up for the night. The people above us stomped around until after 2 am and the sound kept me awake. The icing on the crappy cake was that we had a check out time of 11 am and the cleaning staff came banging on my door at 9:45. When I didn’t answer they opened the door!!!!! We had a long day of travel in front of us and needed to sleep. Pam, find a better place to work. I woke up with a fine rash on my arm and washed everything that came into contact with the bedding but I fear they have bedbugs. Do not stay here!

Don’t sign the waiver before checking out the room!!!! Potentially the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. Hair and blood on the bed/floor. When I talked to the staff, they refused to give a refund because I signed something saying I couldn’t get a refund regardless of circumstances. We ended up taking the $70 hit and stayed somewhere else that night.

Need towels more often not just once a week.

The place was the worst. It is not worth trying to save a dollar or two. The bathroom was not clean, I refused to use the sink. I signed a waiver agreeing not to smoke in the room, which I didn’t, and walking the hallway to my room it smelled like everyone was smoking in their room. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel. I checked out after my event and didn’t even stay the second night. You get what you pay for.

Checked in , elevator didn’t work . Attendant rude . Walked to our room carpet was sticky . Smelled like piss and marijuana .. entered our room . Found pubic hair on the bed . Hair as well . Checked bathroom out . Puddle of something by toilet . Hair in the bath tub . Total time spent after check in 5 mins and left the place . Rebooked at diff hotel . Nasty nasty not what claims to be on here .

When they say it matters where you stay they truly mean it. The property needs a major revamp. The quality of sheets, towels, appliances and furniture are so bad and outdated. I stayed for one night and almost didn't, I was willing to forfeit my payment that was made on Expedia to go to another hotel. The manager then changed my room without the whole floor smelling like smoke. I see why the rates are so low. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here. Only this that was comfortable was the mattress. Firm and comfy.

The room was not clean. Bathroom had hair in the shower and sink. Plastic knife in the refrigerator and only 1 towel. Front desk clerk was rude and constantly walking away smoking and on phone and housekeepers did not speak English. Overall stay was awful.
