The property was clean and well maintained. We did not park a vehicle but there was a nice parking lot adjacent to the building. Breakfast was good. The eating area well maintained. Our room was quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of helpful staff visibly available at all times. We felt safe here.

I originally booked a handicap-accessible room. Upon arrival, the motorized curtains were completely broken, and there was a large clump of hair left in the shower. I immediately refused the room and was moved to a second one. I stayed in the second room for 5 days. There was absolutely zero housekeeping during my time there. We ran out of body soap after just two days, the glass shower doors were misaligned and wouldn't close, and the TV's screen mirroring disconnected every 5 minutes. Worst of all, there were drops of blood on the bathroom sink counter and behind the toilet paper dispenser. I extended my stay for one final night and had to switch to a third room. While moving our luggage just 5 minutes past checkout time, the staff rushed us and locked us out of our room. Once we finally got to the third room, the AC barely worked, and shockingly, I found MORE blood on the door. Finding bodily fluids in multiple rooms is a massive health and safety failure. The broken accessible features, complete lack of housekeeping, and being locked out by staff made this an incredibly stressful stay. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Great location, parking, staff were very friendly, courteous, very helpful, no ac in the hall ways, ice machine was broke on my floor, smell on 1st floor, sewage smell, room was very clean & ac worked great, overall id give it 5 stars cause clean & friendly was enough, I delt with ac in hallway, sewage smell in lobby,

Great location but 4th floor was hot! And room was a bit hot too even with ac on.

The staff was amazing, the hotel is very clean. No carpet in the room, it was so clean compared to everywhere I’ve stayed. I stayed two nights because we liked it so much. I can’t believe they have any bad reviews.

Good location- view of the lake from top floor room (for now). Very clean. Friendly staff. Lots of amenities. Eco friendly AC kept turning off so room would not stay cool. Per staff, has to sense movement so we ended up turning our fan on the curtains

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. In the first room we were given the air conditioning was not working properly and it did take them several hours before they finally moved us to another room at our request.

The room cleanliness, comfort pleasant environment. Hard to find. The main Hilton is on the same road and my navigator could not find just that one and the sign was hard to see.y family had a hard time finding it too.

Always my stopping spot in Rockwall, this time was a miss. The room had a bad odor (BO) and I could not sniff it out! If I were there more than 8 hours I would have asked to change rooms - it seemed to disapate by the early morning? Housekeeping, clean the shower door sweep, it easily pulls off and goes back on. Sometimes its the small things. But I will return! Hidden, off the beaten path and busy roads. Great if your visiting the lake area.
