The pool was a highlight of the stay—clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The restaurant was also enjoyable, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the room was disappointing. It felt outdated and could really use some renovation to match the quality of the other amenities.

The Warm hospitality. COCO PALM IS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. The acknowledgement of being a return guest (the welcome home card), the birthday wine & decor in the room. COCO Palm never disappoints! There isn't anything to dislike at Coco Palm.

That had only had one area to eat. It wasn't a change up on the menu in one bar.

Great value for the money. Didn't pay for beachfront but only 5 minutes from the beach. The pool was beautiful. The hotel restaurant was top notch. We liked being near the town and mall. Many dinner options and conveniences. The main street had a few clubs that played loud music at night. Since our rooms were at the back of the hotel, it didn't bother us, but if we stayed in the front of the hotel, I think it would have been bothersome.

room was generously sized, pool area was huge, perfectly located in the village close to restaurants and shopping internet was atrocious; I ended up leaving to go to another hotel. It worked ok the first day, then on the second day I got disconnected in the middle of an important video conference and never regained access. The hotel was lovely, but it will not do for a business trip. Shower water was lukewarm at best + fairly low water pressure.

The newly renovated areas such as the restaurant, were nice The bathroom was outdated. Cleaning staff and ground keepers were making a lot of noise at 7 in the morning. I thought that was very early.

The property was super cute. It’s small and has a nice homey feeling. We were greeted with a nice welcome drink. The rooms were really cute and nicely decorated. Out bed had nice linens and a good mattress. Plenty on towels and nice bathrooms. The pool was nice and we had seats every day. The food in the restaurants was the best our entire trip and the drinks were excellent also. Most of the staff was super friendly! The pull out sofa needs a new mattress. We could feel all the wires. Several of the women in the restaurant were super miserable and kind of rude which was a shame because the other ones were exceptional. They need to weed out the bad ones which shouldn’t take too long. Just look at their miserable faces it’s quite clear who they are.

Excellent restaurant. One of our favorites on the island. Staff was friendly and responsive. Pool is nice. Noisy. Neighborhood is loud with music blaring from nearby clubs late into the evening as well as loud music at the pool. Landscapers and housekeeping start early in the morning, so we didn’t get much sleep. Nearby beach has a large construction project going on. It will eventually be a nice resort area, but in the meantime, don’t expect to have access to a nice beach area within walking distance.

The location i wish it was nearer to a beach.

Some features in our room didn’t work properly (our safe and the air conditioning unit) and some were a bit outdated. However, hotel staff were helpful in trying to fix them. They fixed the air conditioning unit right away so it was no longer a problem.

The location was excellent, with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The room with the walk-out pool was lovely, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The mattress was extremely comfortable. However, for the price paid, it was disappointing that the room smelled strongly of old mold. The room could definitely use some improvements—a fresh coat of paint, a new mattress, and an updated bathroom would make a big difference.”

Just the place could be a little more modern

Breakfast had a great selection of choice, staff were friendly and provided everything needed. The rooms had everything that was needed, and were clean and spacious. We loved the fact that it was a walk to the beach. We were not aware that walking in the neighbouring streets was dangerous, and we were threatened by a group of youth with a knife, demanding our bag. We alerted the hotel who were responsive, the police however were unresponsive, and would not come and take a statement from us.
