The villa was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as expected. Claudia is such a sweet and thoughtful host, always helpful and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable.? I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely return without hesitation!

I am a solo female traveller in her late sixties. I was delighted that when I arrived after dark around 8 o'clock in the evening, Claudia, the wonderful manageress, who lives on the property with her family, was there to greet me warmly, and show me how to work the lock box, etc. Because I have been struck by arthritis, and using a cane, she changed my room to a more easily accessible one, without my asking her to do so. She very kindly checked on me many days to make sure that I was happy and comfortable. I loved having a small kitchen so that I could prepare my breakfast and some simple meals. I really enjoyed taking dips in the small but sparkling clean and refreshing pool. The whole place is nicely maintained and very clean. For most people, the property is an easy walk to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Take note that the driveway is steep. The only thing I didn't like is that you can hear traffic noise from the main Gros Islet road/highway just a little below. But that is not the property's fault. St. Lucia has some bustling traffic on its main roads.

Wifi went out and took over 3 days to fix it

The space was clean with all facilities ie refrigerator, stove etc. WIFI access was decent. The advertisement said "sea view". I didn't realize,until arrival that the sea would have been approximately 3/4 mile away over the roofs of malls and residences. My meeting were in one of those malls.

The A/C was on a timer when it stop it would come back on again, until someone came to reset it, the sealing fan from 1980 made a lot of noise, got bitten by mosquitoes, the bathroom was moldy wouldn’t recommend The big hill to get to the apartment

Location was great. Very short walk to Rodney Bay Mall and it was very easy and cheap to travel throughout the country. Many places did not accept 100.00 usd

Location, staff, facilities and swimming pool. No instructions for turning the gas on at cylinder. Which caused us to believe out of gas. Which meant we contacted staff, who promptly turned up with fresh cylinder and discovered we had inadvertently turned off the gas.

Location, Location.. Very close to public transportation and walk able to the mall with a Variety of shopping options also Massy supermarket, the villa had pots, plates, coffee cups …full kitchen except no paper towel The air conditioning unit in the bedroom wasn’t working at all the only option was the ceiling fan and it was very loud also the if you are a sleeper room #4 is not a good idea the next door neighbor were very loud in the morning when we were trying to sleep ? Conjoin door’s, hopefully they fix that issue in the future

Cleopatra Villas was excellent. Very spacious apartment and really helpful staff and the self check in/out made everything really easy. Not a long walk back into town but extremely useful to have a supermarket just down the hill too. The evening view out from the sun deck was excellent. We had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning in our bedroom (user error!) which was sorted for us the next day but we've suggested leaving instructions on exactly how to use it for those of us not used to living in hot countries.

Everything was good !!

Cleopatra villas was our home from home for 4 weeks. We were very well looked after, we had everything we needed, a comfy bed, clean sheets and towels, a lovely pool and even had our laundry done for a small charge. Many thanks to Claudia and Shelley for their attention to detail and for making us so welcome Thanks Linda & Russell All ?

Problem with swimming pool and sand flies

Close to Rodney Bay Marina. Large apartment with full kitchen facilities. Small shady, private terrace and small shady, shared pool just outside apartment. Friendly staff and owner. Elevated position meant cooling breeze. Short walk to shops. Not so far from the main highway so some traffic noise noticeable.
