The entire staff was amazing! They were always checking to be sure we were good. Bottled water was hard to come by and there was no microwave

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially our personal chef. We were able to maintain our healthy eating while on vacation. The ambiance is everything. Sunset at the Bay Deck was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the cultural show as well. We got a taste of St. Lucia culture in art and dance. We didn't get a balcony view where we can have early morning tea and yoga.

Nothing Very poor service overall. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and seemed constantly in a bad mood. The breakfast was disappointing, with poor replenishment of food items. The service was slow and disorganized—it took an extremely long time just to get coffee at the table. The staff seemed lost, and there is clearly a lack of management and organization. The hotel facilities are dirty and poorly maintained. There is also a lack of clear information. For example, the hotel offers a shuttle van that charges guests like a taxi, but this is not explained during check-in. Only one elevator was working, and it was quite dirty. Staff members were using the same elevator as guests without giving them priority. I have never seen a resort charge for bottled water.

Love the resort! The room was perfect and cozy for our 27th Anniversary! The whole staff was friendly and warm. The views were beautiful and the food was good! Love St.Lucia

A good location. Excellent New Year’s Eve party. Some staff were excellent. Excellent omelettes at breakfast. We did enjoy our stay but very expensive for the hotel, is a 3/4 star. Was rated as a 5 star, definitely not that. Expensive stay, it needs a price review. Also beware all rooms don’t have balconies! Lady who worked on trip bookings could but be bothered in the slightest too much effort to answer questions. More busy on personal phone calls. Not enough sun beds for everyone.

Breakfast was good. There was a good selection of food, both continental and English . A very comfortable room, and a restful night's sleep. The outside area which comprises of the bar and pool with a man made, very relaxing, waterfall is amazing! A lovely stay at Harbor Club! See you again soon! The non alcoholic cocktails are too sweet! Taste like syrup.
