Everything was great, no problems at all!

Pretty unimpressed with the cleanliness and it smelled like the ac filters needed to be addressed

Staff was friendly. Pool was a little cool.

The bed was OBVIOUSLY slept in before we checked in. (Like someone took a nap in our bed) My partner was too tired to request another room. Also I killed 2 roaches in the bathroom the next morning. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again

Blood on the walls, ants, smelled like weed, bed was VERY uncomfortable.

A/C broken, Bathroom fan covered in 3 inches of dust, broken windows. Management never called back to discuss how bad stay was.

My first night my room was dripping water from the ceiling in the bathroom and the tv was not working, so the nice lady moved us rooms. That room smelled horrible like mildew or mold. No other rooms were available so we stayed. Mainly just slept in the room

We did have to move rooms due to an ac issue but it was resolved quickly.

The location was really great We had a few things go wrong are air shut off & would not come back on & we found a bug in the drawer the bathroom floor was so slippery then we moved rooms there was ants the toilet after u flushed would run constantly then the upstairs room stomped for hours

It was clean. Staff was quick and professional.

Dirty

The location is great, near shopping and food. The hotel staff seemed "put out" when I asked for something. The entire hotel felt damp and muggy. My room was set on 67 degress and my drinks were still covered in condensation from the humidity. I heard other people complaining in their rooms too. (The walls are very thin) Room carpet was dirty looking like they havent been shampooed in years. There's no breakfast. The elevator is very small and the elevator's floor looked unmanaged like it could fall in at any time.

Good location and clean. I liked having the kitchenette. Stay was good. The king bed was a little firmer but still comfortable
