Good staff, sea view lovely, great breakfast. The toilet kept running, the pillows were flat and old, the mattress was uncomfortable, and I think, in need of replacement, the room was sparse, stark and without any decor. Having stayed in other agriturismos, this had no resemblance or character, it was like a tiny, plain hotel. No sense of the farm part.

The bedding was cosy - rooms excellent !!! Easy parking . I’ve no complaints

Located on a hill about 1km from the main coast road to Ancona, this newly built accommodation facility provides hotel style rooms for travellers whilst overlooking the Adriatic Sea. A good breakfast is provided, and the rooms are modern and clean. Digital locks are fitted to all doors for access 24 hours a day. There is no sitting area or laundry facilities. Even though newly built, the shower cubicle is so small (like almost every other accommodation provider in Italy) you not only can't swing a cat in it, but there is no room for the cat in the first place. I suppose that is good for cats, but it is hopeless for bending over to wash legs and feet, or if you drop the soap on the floor. We chose to leave the window open one night for ventilation rather than use the AC, and unwittingly invited in a hoard of mosquitos to a party - on me!

Good position, clean, modern, good breakfast. Arrived after 2200 due to late ferry. Could not gain access to property, staff member on duty would not answer phone. Only got in after a party of German bikers let us in, found a room by trial and error. Everything fine after that.

The property is brand new, very close to the city center and main road but out of the noises. Breakfast is amazing, the pool is clean and super relaxing. The staff very very nice! Absolutely recommended, private parking available

Nice looking room with a high ceiling that made the room feel even more spacious. I actually feel like the room looked better than what the pictures portrayed, so it exceeded my expectations in that regard. Breakfast was also good. Swimming pool was very nice and not too crowded. You have a great view over the nearby region all the way to Ancona. Beds were a bit hard and an alarm went off a couple times for some unknown reason. This was quickly resolved after contacting the staff. The uphill walk from the nearby bus station was a bit exhausting with the heat, but I reckon we must have been one of the only people to come by public transport rather than a car :)

This place is just lovely, wonderful views. The Staff is very nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, pool and the area were beautiful and super clean. Rooms are spacious and very private, we loved it there!

The whole facility can be accessed via key pads where the door codes are very simple. Our room door code was the room number followed by five zeros, the other main door etc. were setup similarly. We contacted the host to have the door code changed, who told us this was not possible and did not offer any other solution. Upon the complaint that we made via booking.com the host did not react at all. Stay somewhere else if you want your things to be safe once you are out

Very good breakfast. Heated clothes drying rack. Great view from the veranda. We were not expecting to climb a hill and a full set of stairs to our room. We have mobility problems so this was not trivial. Too many harmful chemicals are use in the fabric softeners, cleaning products and scented candles. It was not what we expected from a farm stay.

Great view out of bedroom window, easy access into town by car to all Ancona attractions, it's a shame that the shipping terminals and harbour area are quite ugly and there are very few options available for dining at the waterfront. The breakfast at accommodation was very good and staff attentive. This is a very well presented property set up well for travelers short stay or long. The bed could have had a topper pad or something to soften it as it was quite hard.
