Staff is great, hotel is in need of upgrades, like more plugs in rooms.

Hot tub smelled of urin and chlorine. No bathroom nearby

The room is dated, worn out and in need of a major upgrade. Stained and tattered throw pillows. Felt dingy. Won’t be staying again. Staff was very nice. Felt clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable after all the other room furniture was worn and broken down. Same with lobby furniture. Old and worn out.

I always enjoy the restaurant on site for convenience after a long trip and for the quality of the food.

Love this hotel!!!❤️

I don’t think it was worth the price. The Hotels.com rate was $259 for one night. It was on a Friday during the summer so I can see why it would be a bit high but the room and property seemed out dated. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned recently as there were a lot of bugs and debris in it. The staff was nice and it’s in a good location.

The hotel was clean and staff were great, all very friendly and helpful… the hotel does need some upgrades with basics (shower curtains starting to tear, toilets flushing properly) overall good place to stay. Also there is a parking fee which I understand in large cities like sf where space is a premium but in Rohnert Park I felt it was an unnecessary charge and should have been included…

Lovely Mediterranean themed hotel with wonderful rooms and lovely fountain as you enter. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in July 2026

Be prepared to wait a long time to check in. They only have one woman at the front desk. She’s wonderful but when there’s 15 people in line, she can only do so much you have to be very patient 😞 this has been going on for years at this location. This lady needs some help.

The parking is 22 a night but it is safe and clean so for me personally it is expensive but worth the peace of mind that your car is safe.

Location. The pool was nice. We didn’t eat at the facility.

I was traveling alone and, shortly after checking in, another guest was able to unlock my room with a working key and walk in while I was in my underwear. I immediately contacted the front desk and was told there was a “glitch” in the system and that the issue would be corrected. A few hours later, it happened AGAIN. After showering, while I was nude and getting ready, an entire family unlocked my door with a key and entered my room. This was after I had already reported the first incident and had been assured the problem was fixed. To make matters worse, after staff attempted to correct the issue again, I was then locked out of my own room because my keys no longer worked. Mistakes can happen, but allowing two separate parties to access an occupied guest room—especially after the first incident had already been reported—is an unacceptable security and privacy failure. As a woman traveling alone, I should have been able to trust that my hotel room was secure. I left this stay feeling exposed, shaken, and extremely disappointed in how such a serious security issue was handled. I would not feel comfortable staying here again.
