Motel 6 Rohnert Park, CA

The room was okay for the price but it had too much of a odor of cigarettes :(

It was a place to sleep but run down and smelled a little. It was affordable for something last minute. The staff were polite.

The shower leaked on the floor. Only a piece is soap was there without shampoo. WiFi wasn’t connected to the internet. I didn’t sleep all night. I want to check the possibility for a refund please!

My non smoking room reeked of smoke..I left the room in 10mins. And I wasn't offered any refunds either.

Whilst I am sympathetic to the plight of the unhoused and mentally ill. Having them living in their cars in the back parking area, a few yards from my room was worse than ideal. Between the hours of 2:30 am and 5 am various, loud profanity filled shouting arguments broke out, right outside my door… and just kept going. I think it’s possible that a group connected to them had access to one of the neighboring rooms. If you had told me that this Motel 6 was occupied by many squatters that they can’t evict, I would not be shocked. Stay there at your own peril. To top it off, and honestly this feels barely significant, compared to a sleepless night and feeling of imminent danger, I woke up with insect bites all over my body.

This Motel 6 was the worst of any I've stayed at. It was filthy. The towels were thin and not clean. It was to be a non-smoking room but everything smelled like smoke, including the bedding, and there were cigarette burns on the side of the bathtub. When I asked to be moved, the clerk said it wasn't available. The motel is not in a good area.

Parking

The room was small and not clean. We have to wear clothes for sleeping. No shampoo, and the floor is dirty.

I hate to be a negative Nelly but there were blood stains on the bedspread and on the sheets. They appeared clean but it was disconcerting. The television would not operate nor go on either by hitting the on switch underneath the TV or by using the power button on the remote. Luckily I was not at my room for very much. Except to sleep, shower and leave again. This is a cheap hotel and my experience was that of a cheap hotel

Staff was great

Our room was clean, the neighbors were noisy, so not easy to sleep. There was coffee in the front office in the morning. We did need to ask for extra towels. Otherwise, I would return if I am on the area again.

Friendly staff, did their best and always with a smile. And the coffee was great Had to change rooms twice. Rooms are not maintained - sheets stained, bedspreads have cigarette burns, dented doors, smoking policies not enforced

Homeless everywhere sleeping out side drugs everywhere rooms ran down dirty would not recommend any one to stay here

Not enough towels and soap

The room was clean, the staff very friendly, tempurature was perfect.

The property is in dire need for repairs and remodeling. It is in a bad area of town with many sketchy people hanging around. A police car was patrolling the area. The room hadn't been swept, there was urine spray on the toilet, the bedsheets had stains and there was biological material on the bathroom walls. The only positive was the staff was nice and gave m³e a refund.

Very clean inside of the room and comfortable beds. Lots of long term residents with dogs which smelled horrible
