Rodeway Inn Wine Country

The place is horrible—it looks like a cattle pen; it’s filthy everywhere, with a terrible appearance and presentation. It looks like a furniture scrapyard, the floors are dirty, and the AC unit is propped up with a towel. They offer breakfast, but what they serve looks like chicken feed. The price is high for this level of service, and nothing matches what is advertised online or on apps; I definitely do NOT recommend it.

Clean room

The staff are awful, rude, and non accommodating. The breakfast is a bag of cereal and a banana, there are holes and stains in the furniture. There's trash literred all over the parking lot, and things like laundry, trash bags, and soaps are EXTRA, that you need to PAY FOR EACH. I can't possibly emphasize this. This is an experiment to see how poorly a hotel can be ran and still be profitable. This is on par with the Stanford Prison Experiment in horrible themes, and I must stress. MUST STRESS. DO NOT GO HERE. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. People are stolen from, medicine gets stolen, and management doesn't care.

I wouldn't stay in this motel if I was paid to. Absolute trash. Garbage, bags of dirty laundry, random broken/unused items in the walkways. 1 small trash can on the entire property that was overflowing our entire stay. Advertise extra beds if requested. We Asked and was told they "don't do that here" had to buy bedding and pillows just to have a place for our teenager to sleep. They're "remodeling" loud saws, hammering and yelling starts at 6am and usually ends 8pm. So that was unpleasant. I parked our vehicle to talk to the office and had a worker yelling at my 14yo to "move the f***ing car" we were not blocking anything or anyone. Manager told me if we left a 5☆ review they would refund my deposit. These people have no business running a motel. Absolutely ridiculous.

Free Parking

Absolutely horrible stay! Dirty, rude staff, lots of drug activities. Does not have a free breakfast as advertised, pictures do not match the property. Would not recommend staying at this location. Much better hotels in the area. Highly Recommended Double Tree.

Good price rooms

Was a good area to stay in. Not far from the casino we needed to attend for a concert. They are in the process of remodeling it seems from the boxes and pallets nearby. Lots of parking available. Pool looked well taken care of

We had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs, and the location is absolutely perfect for getting around.

No cleaning despite of the request.

Didn't have breakfast as indicated

The basics in the room were missing. We had to get them ourselves. There were stickers everywhere. The microwave was dirty and rusty inside. The furniture was falling apart. They advertised breakfast. There was no breakfast. I understand they are remodeling but the customers were not a priority or cleanliness of the rooms.

Bathroom door in need of replacement with holes and paint chipping, minimal amenities, poor signage, floor could use some damp mopping and drying out. Parking ok, not too far if you can see your car from the room.

This is a terrible place to stay we've ever had: no room services, dirty bed sheets, fake phone, and almost no food for the breakfast they promised.
