Great location, very clean and roomy Hot water and shower head were not great but not really a problem

Bad sound isolation and no hair dryer

We enjoyed a big generous room with terrific balcony and green view. excellent location, very nice and quiet neighborhood, easy to commute with train or bus to the center, and out of the city and also a walking distance from primary places. excellent restaurant downstairs!

We liked the location, the place is in a good area, you can walk to some attractions and interesting places. We were surprised that every day they came to clean the room and changed the bed linen and towels. It was very pleasant! Clean, cozy, air conditioning is working. sometimes the Internet didn't work well

The location is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, it felt safe walking around even at night, It is around 30 minutes away from the city center, I would highly recommend it also for solo travelers. The host, Alessandro, was accommodating with everything. He also provided a guide book in the b&b with highly recommended restaurants in the area. I like that it has a small lift, which is great for people with big travel luggages like us. They also provided daily room service cleaning. The shower drain was a bit clogged, a bit slow for the water to go down but manageable.

It had beautiful natural light and it was very clean!! I struggled several times with the door lock system.

The area, lovely people all around, in the neighborhood. All very helpful.. Just because the weather was so hot outside it seemed the AC had a hard time keeping up with it.

Owner was really good about communication he was replying really fast and very nice. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. İt was really clean they even cleaned rooms without we asked and didn't charged anything. Towels were clean and changed every two days. İt was a little far from city center by walk but there are transportation choices (we didn't use any).

The place was clean and comfortable enough for 2 days' stay,it was near the train station,so you can easily reach all desired locations. The fridge was too small.

This establishment perfectly mirrored the photo! Impeccably tidy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The host displayed remarkable responsiveness in addressing any inquiries. As I was traveling solo, the location boasted convenient access to taxis. Personally, I utilized the Uber app for my transportation needs. Notably, the room provided asecured door. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking proximity to the city of Rome, a mere 20 minutes away or less, barring any traffic congestion.

Big and comfortable room with a nice balcony! Not any space in the bathroom for toiletries and no hooks for towels.

The host was very nice and helpfull, the location was easy to connect to city center and all the important monuments, very close to train station. The room was very clean and bright The AC wasnt working very well, it was quite cold during the night

Exceptional

Everything was as described. Big clean room with comfy beds with a private bathroom (outside the room) for family of three. The neighborhood is quiet and has lots of transport options. The breakfast was tasty and you can pick out what to eat. The host was very friendly and helpful. Quickly answered every question we had and gave good tips . Had a pleasant stay! The AC was kind of not working on full capacity. Not sure if we didn't use it correctly or something else but it's wasn't a big bother.
