A little bit noisy Train transition below the buildings.

Location is great, clean room, comfortable bed Our particular room was a bit noisy as it was right in front of the kitchen, but not critical. Breakfast - coffee, juice, milk, some cookies.

It was super clean, nice and and had a good location. Close to the tram and bus

There were a couple ants but the host immediately got rid of it when we messaged them

The bathroom was in a separate part of a shared space where we had to walk through common room before entering. We also booked with the assumption of a free airport shuttle, which was not there, and a free breakfast, which were both advertised and neither provided. Breakfast consisted of stale packaged snacks, not what was expected .

Everything was perfect

Great self-service breakfast, it provides everything you need. The room is spacious and bed is great. Bathroom is clean.

Nice, cozy, comfortable rooms with all basic amenities and a nice balcony with the Tuscan ☀️. Breakfast was a basic spread however copious amount of coffee and hot chocolate is available throughout the day. The location is close to train/ tram/ bus stops. Well connected. Good eat out places and restaurants. All in all a wonderful experience which was highly budgeted. Housekeeper was extremely courteous and caring lady. Thank you

Room, 2 beds, nice cleaning Lady, cleaning Breakfast are not the Breakfast we expected.........! It was Italian Breakfast - uneatable cookies... we Paged for room with Breakfast we did not get.

The location is nice

The two things that were actually pretty good were the location ( since it’s not far from the heart of Rome ) and the breakfast ( actually a snack bar but really good ). We booked for the Focus room with the private bathroom, the red room as shown in the pictures. When we arrived we stayed at a completely different room. Not at all as the picture shows. There were actually no beds. The "bed" was a portable bed or a couch that opens up in order to become a bed, with an extremely bad quality. There were 2 of them, for me and my friend. One of the bed, the one my friend slept on wasn’t even properly covered ( no sheets or pillow cases ). And the quality was so poor, that as my friend was sleeping at night, the bed broke. One of the "legs" that was supposed to support the bed shattered, leading to my friend hitting his head and elbow on the bedside table, not to mention that he panicked in his sleep. The other thing that was COMPLETELY violating was that 2 days in a row the house keeper opened the door with her keys, AS WE WERE SLEEPING because she wanted to collect the tourist tax. Another day since I had the keys behind the door and because she couldn’t get inside she kept banging on the door and shouting "OPEN THE DOOR" ( the exact morning after my friend's "bed" broke ), she didn’t even TRIED to knock, just straight up tried to unblock the door with her own keys. Very very disappointing experience, would not recommend at all.

Our stay was wonderful thanks to the host! He was attentive, hospitable, and always ready to help. We highly recommend him!
