Near bus and train station Food was a disaster Cleaning was a disaster Insects everywhere .. i was bitten by something Rude at the reception while during check out we arrived 30 mints early the reception man did not let us in so we thought the room it is getting prepared once it was 2:00 he looked at the clock and told us to come in

Friendly staff (help to resolve some questions). The personally are trying their best to make staying more comfortable. We were allowed to leave our belongings w/o add.charges while checked-out. The breakfast was better compared to other hotels (even with higher price). Cleaning every day. Basic bathroom set in stock. I would suggest to add boiled eggs and vegetables to breakfast. The picture from hotel doesn't correspond with reality(( the room had kind of renovation (painted walls), but bathroom condition was bad (hand shower wasn't working, mold and old scale). Please change the shower fixtures and improve ventilation. I would add more hooks in the bathroom for towels.

Rooms small and beds uncomfortable
-
Beds a little hard, but nice linens. Bathroom shower- mold around track, but otherwise clean.

Hotel Villa Rosa is conveniently located near Trastevere Train Station and the main tram line. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is enjoyable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. A very pleasant stay!
-
Rooms are not sound proof, alots of noise from the youths that chatted in the corridor

Very close to noisy tram lines, furniture and building is outdated and needs maintenance.

Always my first choice in Rome
-
Location Bed was very hard. The staff wasn't helpful when I pointed out that the air conditioner wasn't working, and no hot water until late in the evening.
-
The shower space is really small! Also no blackout curtains so an eyemask is recommended for sleeping. Too expensive regarding the value for money.

Excellent location. 5 minutes from the train and buses to central Rome. The room is all , dated but clean. Air conditioning works well and a s bonus has a minifridge. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is simple: ham , cheese , biscuits and pastries. Coffee and juice. The staff is lovely ,very helpful . A special mention for Jacopo, who helped is to sort a complicated problem with a missed payment of the highway, by calling the authorities and explaining the problem for us. Furniture is old , it could do with refurbishing but it was not a problem for us. The entrance is up a set of long steps. For us it was not a problem

We chose this place because it is close to Roma Trastevere station, so it ws easy to get to from the airport and easy to catch a tram into the center of Rome. Room is a bit on the small side but comfortable enough. Staff very helpful and because we had to leave early in the morning, we were provided with a take away breakfast pack which was a very nice touch. Good Wi-Fi Bathroom a bit cramped.

Location and price, great host The walls are quite thin so it was a bit noisy

The shower wasn't hot enough, yet the faucet water was. ????

it was great nice clean

The hotel is further away than I expected and in a kind of obscure location being unfamiliar, foreign and alone. The staff both that evening and that morning were interested in doing their job and preforming its functions than being helpful or of service. I was leaving 6:55 am to catch my train to the airport and asked was there something I could grab now like a coffee. I do get it but that hard line for a completely over valued room added to the underwhelm.

All amenities promised within the room were delivered, breakfast was good, staff was very polite and helpful, both through email communication and vis-a-vis. Hotel remains open well beyond midnight. Lift was super small
