The location, a few steps from the Pantheon, is exceptional. The hallway from the street level door to the elevator is dirty and has hints of foul aromas.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. They were the best part The bed was so hard and the pillows were terrible.

The entrance is not interesting and there are no hotel facilities.

Great location. Very clean and the staff were very welcoming. Definitely great for the price you pay.

Its location is very good for the price, the living space is enough for 2 people. The sounds in the next room are very comfortable to hear. Not suitable for a family with children

Clean rooms Only thing was that the wifi was really bad in our room

Room was smaller but suitable. Requested 2 twin beds which was confirmed at reservation. Arrived to 1 queen size bed. A roll in cot was brought in. Not very comfortable for a 6'3" (190.5cm) tall guy.

Location and the lady that worked Quality of the room, dirty floor, no window, no shampoo and no toiletries, everything smells with cigarettes

The location was wonderful and the house was very enthusiastic. The kitchen was locked and you had to pay 12€ per day to have acres to it. Bathroom was really small. There was quite a lot of noise at night.

The room was so nice, traditional beautiful and near to everything! The staff was very kind. I really recommend it!

We liked the room, the friendly staff members and the fact that the apartment was located in the heart of Rome. Despite the apartment is located in a manner that the noise of the city cannot be heard, the silence of your room depending on other guest as well.

Great position and surprisingly quiet. Difficulty booking in, no on site staff, no tea/coffee facilities and the woman who met us tried to convince us to share a bed (f) 69 and (f) 77 because 'only a few days'. There was a second single bed but she didn't want to make it! We stood firm on that. After 7 weeks of travel and facing 24 hrs of travel home, we needed decent sleep.

Comfortable large room. Good hygiene, cleanliness. Central location. Very noisy, party hotel. Customers doing lot of noise, slamming doors with loud music at whole night and shouting. Staff is not very helpful to avoid noise issue.

Excellent location. Modest but clean structure. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Conveniently located Staff was pushy. Insisted I drive to airport with their personal. Charged me some kind of tax. Said it was for city and had to be cash.

Place is not well marked so difficult to find. We arrive prior to the 10:30 check in and was told we couldn’t drop the bags and check in later. Location is excellent. Building is a dump. Room was ok. It was clean. A/C barely worked and made a horrible banging sound when on.
