The property has the best location to visit all the famous sites on foot. The staff was excellent! Very helpful, kind, and efficient. Angela is wonderful and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! Everything was great!

Location is in the very center of Rome so you can go everywhere on feet. Staff were very helpful. Noisy in the middle of the night because of location.
-
The best location, right next to Pantheon, in the middle of everything, you can walk to all attractions and have plenty of restaurants to choose from.
-
Great location. Just fine for a European hotel. Enjoyed our time. Shower is small so be aware if you're a bigger person.

Location is wonderful, rooms clean and cozy. Stuff is thoughtful and present.

Perfect choice for tourists as well as short-term business travelers, located right in the heart of the historical center of Rome. You step out of the door and are literally greeted by one of the greatest landmarks of the ancient world, the Pantheon. Most of the major attractions are within 30 minutes on foot: Trevi Fountain, Largo Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Roman Forum and Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Jewish Quarter and Trastevere, Castel Sant'Angelo, Spanish Steps. A bit farther and you can get to the Vatican, Villa Borghese, Baths of Caracalla, and Stazione Termini. If you need public transportation, numerous buses stop at Corso down the street, and the Barberini subway stop is about 20 minutes away. The hotel itself is on the second floor, privately run by friendly folks who let me leave my suitcase before check-in and helped when the door handle came loose one morning. The room was charming, with a nice modern bathroom, comfortable bed and desk, and old-fashioned window shutters. You really feel like you're living in Rome for a few days. Grazie mille, signora Barbara! Given its location you will hear a steady hum of tourists and passersby from the Piazza della Rotonda until 11 p.m. or so. The stairs might be an issue for guests with limited mobility, but I seem to recall there was an elevator.

It’s nothing what I expected and I did complain to booking.com immediately but nothing was done about it. The building is under construction outside and it feels very claustrophobic. It seems that that the reviews are not real because it’s nothing but it’s written on the contrary.
-
The location, is the only thing we liked The room was old fashioned, bathroom was small (shower door was loosen), the air conditioning system did not work the first day (had to ask for help), we were overcharged Eur 80, because we arrived late (due to international flights, we couldn't arrive earlier), the TV in the room was 14" and due to its location, there were too many noises starting at 5 am, from the garbage trucks that pull bottles from the restaurants around the area, therefore too noisy.

We missed having a staff member on site for information, suggestions, insights, …… The staff we did meet were very helpful

Location was the best! Nothing to dislike.

Location was fantastic, air conditioning worked great, we loved our time here.

Everything was ok

The location was excellent. And although it's in a very busy area, directly across from the Pantheon, the room was quiet. Perhaps because we had an interior room. The staff was helpful answering my many questions and with restaurant recommendations and directions. I believe her name is Barbara and her English was very good. As expected from reading reviews, there are steps to climb before you reach the lift. The room, particularly the linens are dated.

The location was amazing! When you walk out the front door the Pantheon is literally right there. Great proximity to many site including the Trevi Fountain. The host was lovely. Great communications, was waiting for us even though we arrived hours late. Gave great instructions & advise for sight seeing. Had an elevator & only a few steps to navigate. The bed was old & worn with horrible pillows. Very basic room.

The hotel is located directly opposite the Pantheon, even though you can't see it from your room you couldn't get a better location. There's plenty of places to eat nearby for around €10 (April 2025). You can walk to everything easily, including the Colosseum, Spanish Steps and the Vatican. The desk wasn't staffed 24/7 but they were very responsive to questions. The room felt secure (lock for the building, lock for the floor of the hotel and lock for your room). We were greatful to leave our luggage behind after checking out so we could explore more before our flight. We loved having a little fridge and kettle in our room! It wasn't the hotel's fault but it was a rather noisy area at night - which is fine for a short stay or if you have a pair of earplugs.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible hospitality from our host Barbara. She was super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She truly made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central, clean, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

The location was very good. It was quite noisy outside until late at night. Ventilation was poor.
