Grounds and structure were very nice. Parking was excellent. Rooms are small and outdated. They could use updating and modern bedding.
-
clean and quiet room overlooking the park. Very convenient and easily accessible indoor car park. Staff courtesy and willingness to help never fail. the breakfast buffet is a bit low key in the salty sector: Rome has so much to offer and should be very easy to do better that having few cold cuts and industrial scrambled eggs

It’s my fourth time there it’s a really good facility. The staff is excellent.

Breakfast has good variety. Eggs could have been more natural. Slight difficulty figuring out the coffee machine. Almost overfilled the cup. Room was very clean. Appreciated that window could be opened. Linens were very good, nice having extra blanket. Bathroom was very clean. would be helpful to have more space at sink for toothbrush, cosmetics. Missed bathtub. No bathtub. Tasteless eggs. Front desk staff acted 'put out' when questions were asked. 'Thin' door: could hear all hallway activity

breakfast was OK, room was very small, bed was unconfirm, mattress and pillows very old the location was close to the needed locations on my trip, breakfast was good

The room was in need of modernising/ needed an update. The hotel was like a 1980 capsule it would be good for a TV set for an 80's movie. The room was basic and not that clean. The sliding door on the wardrobe stuck. The door key/ plastic card only worked after 5 attempts .

Great stay. Very brief but everyone was super helpful and friendly.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel, quiet area. No vegetables on breakfast. Almost one hour by public transport to the city

Room was comfortably large, had a balcony and overlooked a forested area. Was quite quiet and relaxing. We did not use the TV or Wifi, so cannot comment on those amenities. We only stayed one day to attend a wedding close by, but we slept well, enjoyed a late-night prosecco at the downstairs bar, and had underground parking included in the room. The property abuts a quite busy road, but is set back enough that noise was not an issue. Quite a nice haven. Breakfast was served in the on-site restaurant and offered a decent selection of pastries, cereals, and other continental-style offerings. The restaurant is nicely appointed and overlooked the forested back side of the property. Considering the "elegance" of the restaurant, I was a little surprised there weren't more hot offerings or a menu to choose a la carte items from. The single coffee machine was slow and there was a queue for all coffees. The tables were a bit close together, so leave your luggage in your room or at the restaurant entrance if you can or you'll have to run the gauntlet of chairs to get in and out.

Very convenient for access to Ciampino Airport. Very clean and well maintained despite its age. Clearly few guests when we were there but still a very good choice for breakfast. Staff very helpful fetching extra pillows, arranging taxi, local advice. 1. Traffic noise from SS7 occasionally intrusive. A room on the west side would be better. 2. Air conditioning not available on 7 April so open window caused point (1). 3. Restaurant open only Monday-Thursday.
