Pool is nice Breakfast was bad. Location is not good for anything but horse race track.

Breakfast was more than satisfactory. The hotel buildings were really nice. I liked the pool. We were offered a free parking spot as stated. Internet was indeed high-speed. The room was really cute and well air-conditioned. If you have a car, it is great to get around because it is located far from the city center. Overall, value for money. There were some dead bugs at the bathroom wall but nothing to be molested by to be honest.

Had to rely on a shuttle. Couldn't walk to or from the hotel to get anywhere.

Very convenient location if you need to be close to Ciampino Airport or nearby event venues. The hotel is easy to reach and transport options are straightforward. Taxis are affordable (around €7 per person provided by the hotel or ~€17 with Uber) and the journey takes about 20 minutes. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Cinecittà Metro Station, which was extremely helpful given the location. The driver was consistently kind and responsive, usually picking us up within 5–10 minutes after calling. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was reasonably clean and we appreciated the daily provision of two bottles of water. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection of pastries and some protein options. The hotel is quite isolated, so having a car (or relying on the shuttle) is essential if you want to get around. For a 3-star hotel, the room felt under-equipped: no kettle, no glasses and the mini-fridge was not working. Bathroom amenities were minimal (very small soap bars, basic shower gel) and we had to request additional supplies and refills. Most rooms are on the ground floor; ours faced the inner courtyard and walkway to reception. It was quite noisy in the mornings, with staff gathering and chatting outside, despite having specifically requested a quiet room. Breakfast quality was average overall, but the coffee was surprisingly bad for Italy. Staff in the breakfast area were unfriendly and made guests feel rushed, even asking people to leave immediately after closing time (10:00) so they could clean.

Afternoon staff and serve at the restaurant were kind. The lady that greeted us on arrival was incredibly rude. She did not smile and she acted as if we were a burden to her. Why would you have someone like this at the front desk? She also refused to give us back our passports until much later. There is reasonable explanation to delay returning passports. Copies should be made promptly if needed. But she just wasn’t pleasant and made us feel unwelcome. She’s a terrible ambassador for the establishment. Her names starts with the letter “P.” The a/c also did not work in our room. And the food was not fresh at breakfast. I served myself some of the peaches in syrup and it had already fermented. So that gives you an idea of how long it had been reused. Stay away from this place.

I tried to cancel my reservation via phone and was told it was taken care of. Then I was charged a "no show " fee! When I reached out to address it, I was blown off. NOT HELPFUL

The rooms were very clean and the people in their Reception were very friendly especially the lady. Very beautiful environment. We didn’t get to see the cleaners but the rooms got tidied up before we came back. One of the group members exclaimed that the facility and the rooms make one feel it more like a home when we checked in. The breakfast featured many varieties and we were very impressed. The dinner was excellent and the stewards were very friendly. Though tip was included in in the bill we still had to personally tip the young guy that served us. They should refurbish the reception and change the furniture.
