Not close to Rome's main city, wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel at all. Coffee at the restaurant was disgusting I couldn't even drink it had to throw it away, room was not great standard Everything

Clean and comfortable, with good lighting in the room. I slept well, and the location is not noisy. Close to a beautiful aqueduct park! Honestly, nothing.

I love the staff of the hotel, and I love the restaurant and staff as well. I have stayed here several times and this is now my Go-To hotel in Rome. Location is great, just off the Metro and near the Grande Roccordo Annulare. So convenient for having a car, too as they have parking available. It is my Home in Rome. Nothing really. Breakfast is great, the dinners are excellent.

The hotel was perfect — spotless, comfortable, and just a short walk from the Cinecittà metro station. The cinema-themed design gives the place a really charming atmosphere, and there’s also free parking right outside, which is a big plus in Rome. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They allowed us to do an early check-in (for a small fee) and even granted a late check-out for free. Breakfast is available at the hotel bar, with an excellent cappuccino and fresh pastries, which I personally preferred over the typical buffet-style breakfast. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was beautiful, equipped with high-quality shower and body products. Overall, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay near Rome’s city center, easily reachable by metro.

Clean hotel, facilities are OK. Metro station is very close. Breakfast was more like a 3 star hotel level, not too satisfying.

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the towels. I suggest ensuring they’re cleaned in a way that leaves them smelling fresh.

The breakfasts were above average, the room and hotel were clean, and the receptionists were patient and helpful. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were synthetic and too high, which gave me a crick in the neck. Reception gave me a smaller size, which was marginally better. The should have down pillows available on request. One of my shirts went missing while I stayed at Hotel Mercure. I only noticed this when I got to my next city. I can only think that one of the housekeepers liked it. The pillows were too high, and I didn’t like that there was no carpeting in the rooms.

This is my third stay at this hotel. IT has become the place I look forward to for a number of reasons. Firstly, Convenience all around. The hotel is located next to Cinecittà studios and one block from the Cinecittà Metro Stop on the Line A. This gets you to Termini Station where you can change trains or continue on up to the Vatican. So you can take the Leonardo Express from Fiumicino Airport to Termini and on to this hotel. Parking. If you drive, you can pay $10 per day to park. Very easy and convenient as it is near the Grande Raccordo Anulare, and 30 minutes to the airport and you can access all major highways including the A1. Beds, staff and room are great. Love the restaurant. It is nice that after a long day of sigh-seeing, you can come back and enjoy a fantastic Roman meal with so many options to choose from. The wine is fantastic. The staff have been the same staff since I have been on my first visit which means it is a good place to work. I love this hotel. I can't think of anything here. There is too much to like about this property. I can't think of one thing that needs to be improved.
