Huge, modern room in a great location! We would definitely stay here again! You won’t be disappointed. Best night of sleep you’ll get in Rome! Small elevator - as per usual.

2 bedrooms. Big bathroom. Very fancy looking. The breakfast included is at a cool restaurant a few doors down. Nothing.

The rooms were lovely. The staff was amazing. Super helpful, before the trip and during the trip. Especially Harry! The location was amazing. Easy to check into after hours. Rooms were a good size with nice clean modern decor.

The location is perfect, on a quiet street but very close to Termini station and within walking distance to all major sites. Has great places to eat all around it. It was quiet, didn't hear anyone else there! The size of the room was perfect for our family of four. The sitting area outside the rooms was great for a bit of alone time. The staff was available to assist with scheduling changes via whatsapp- so convenient. The sheets were stiff, but not a big deal.

It was very clean and when you got to see some staff, they were helpful and pleasant. Wall mounted hairdryer, not good, no diffuser either. no explanation on how to use the coffee machine so ended up with an undrinkable cup of coffee. The same for the air conditioning, got lucky the first night and not so lucky the following night. No one to speak to either.

The staff was amazing. They help us to store the luggage and arrange a Taxi to take us to the airport. The view from the room was also really nice

Staff were amazing. Room with spa tub was excellent. 6 minutes walk from Roma Termini train station. 4 minutes walk to Metro. Breakfast at local cafe that was included was very nice. A little pricey for its out of main centre location. Had a small step out of bed area that's needs better indication as we both tripped twice!

Mechanical front door was extremely loud, and either kept us awake, or woke us up - very annoying
