Babuino 181 – Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Location cannot be beat - right between Piazza Popolo and the Spanish Steps. My wife and I love to shop and the little streets in the area are filled with wonderful boutiques. The hotel setup a golf cart tour of Rome for our family which we really enjoyed. The housekeeping staff was kind enough to setup the sofa bed as well for sleep and it was quite comfy.

Our room was beautifully appointed, very clean and large. Beds super comfy and bathroom and amenities were stellar. Very helpful and courteous staff. Best location and safe. Breakfast very good Nothing, they have it down

Excellent location , few steps from Via Condotti, near Piazza Di Spagna. Staff was very nice and helpful. My son decided to go at last minute and they arranged for him to stay in our room (4 adults). It’s pricey

The windows to the patio on the room were showing a lot of garbage bags on the 0 floor and the vegetation was not maintained

Hidden gem set within the centre of Rome with many attractions on your doorstep

The breakfast buffet was impressive and always fresh. The staff was exceptional: very nice and friendly, always ready to help and very responsive to any request. The location is also very good, not to close to the crowded historic center, but close enough to walk.. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was small but comfortable. Surprisingly quiet considering it is on a major shopping street in a high traffic tourist area. Location is great. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of pastries, fruit and charcuterie. The hot items could have been better prepared. All the hotel staff were well presented and very helpful. The Chromecast streaming service was not working and there was no other method available to access streaming TV. The service was not repaired during our 3 night stay, which is not what I would expect from a luxury hotel.

The restroom need a renovation

Location was great! Near Piazza Del Poppolo. Breakfast was good. Rooftop breakfast area was awesome! Staff was also awesome! Some of the front desk staff were also good. Room was a basic one. Should not be classified as a luxury hotel. Bed was OK. Bathroom flush had an issue. Toiletries were OK.

Location , breakfast The room has several problems , the interior handle of the bathroom’s door was lose and in the floor for two days , the door can’t be shut The sink was clogged for two days , The AC thermostat didn’t work . Some staff at the front desk are super friendly and attentive , some were really rude

Great location, huge suite with all amenities, great shower. Close to Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso. Excellent breakfast included, very nice staff at the breakfast area. Complimentary bottle of wine at the suite, biscotti and cookies. Concierge service could do better.

The boutique hotel is made up of 2 buildings - the main one with reception, rooms and the rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served, and another across the street and a few doors down with just rooms. The room was comfortable and clean - beautiful linens and bedding. The buffet breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It’s a bit awkward staying in the building across the street if you have a lot of luggage - but the staff is very helpful.
