The location and the property itself is absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, we had an awesome breakfast and dinner Extremely pricey, much more expensive than other 5 star hotels in Rome, for example the Hassler which is also in an amazing location. There was one person at reception who was delightful but the rest of the staff were aloof and unfriendly.

Picture an oasis of quiet and calm, soft, background music playing, starched white table-clothes and polished silver, attentive and unobtrusive waitstaff, exceptional food and beverages, in one of the busiest cities in the world and as you sip your breakfast beverage and you admire the beautiful garden surrounding you, filled with evergreen shrubs, plantings and the occasional water feature and you realize you have lingered over breakfast for an hour and a half and there is much to do in Rome. This is one of those Hotels where you never want to leave. It is perfect and exceptional in every way and of course you can't wait to return for dinner because the evening experience is even more beautiful! I didn't like leaving.

I loved everything about this property. I especially loved the restaurant and its staff, where we had breakfast each morning. The Restaurant Manager is exceptional.

It's not going to sound good, but we really did not enjoy anything. Room service was poor. Staff don't understand English easily. There is an automatic tip added to your invoice! be careful not to miss that!

Room design and space, the breakfast area and welcoming staff It lacked extra touches like more water bottles, herbal teas and chocolate & notes after cleaning Also passed by the spa to get a tour but the receptionist was on the phone for more than 5 mins and didn’t accommodate us so I just left
