A very nice place. The stuff was great.

Loved the location of the hotel. Host was really friendly and helpful! Rooms weren’t overly clean on arrival. Coffee pods weren’t left even though we asked a couple of times. Radiator was broken in room and bathroom so couldn’t turn off, making the room very hot and stuffy overall. Couldn’t have air conditioning on during the night as it was too noisy

Great value for money for what is a great location.

The location was exceptional, on the corner of our building was the Piazza del Popolo square, we mainly walked to all the attractions that we wanted to visit (from the Colosseum to the Pantheon, from the Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi to the Bocca della Verita, and also to the Vatican). We also used the Metro (the station is just behind the Piazza del Popolo) in the mornings to get to the starting locations of our "daily trips". The host, Patrizia, is very friendly and helpful (we arrived 2 hours before check-in - at 11 AM - and she allowed us to check-in without a problem). There are awesome restaurants right in front of the building. In the room, everything was squeaky clean and modern. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Rome. Maybe one minor thing that could be improved would be the heating (or actually the insulation, the window doesn't really keep the cold out and during the night, it gets a little bit chilly, but as long as you use the blanket, you will be more than ok - by the way, we stayed there in the last weekend of October).

The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere within 30 mins from the hotel incl the Vatican and the Colosseum. We were amazed at how close to everything we were and the beautiful square at the top of the road. The bathroom was great, we had space to hang our clothes and the coffee machine was a great perk for the mornings. The host was really friendly, allowed early check in for us and let us leave our bags in reception after check out which was a huge help!! We will be back but will probably make a request for a room with an exposed bath tub! I was a bit underwhelmed with the room, having booked a Superior Room it felt a little underwhelming especially after seeing a friend's room who was there for one of the same days as us, considering we paid the same price I felt a bit short of value. The room was absolutely fine, however, I didn't expect to pay the superior price and would have expected it to be a standard double. The fridge had a mini bar price list on but wasn't stocked and we were not informed as to how we could acquire the items listed on the door.

Great location, comfortable beds and easy check-in / checkout Noisy (you can hear the staff speaking in the hallway so it was difficult to sleep past 9am) and there were too many little blue lights in all the electrical points which made it hard to sleep.

The room was very clean and the location was very central

the owner Patrizia was really sweet and friendly. The hotel was located close to all the main attractions and also right next to the shopping street, it was possible to walk everywhere. The hotel was modern and had a really cool touch system for lights. a few things: 1. the bathroom was super tiny, the shower area had to be the smallest I’ve ever showered in. I guess this would not be an issue in the larger rooms, but I would not at all recommend the small room as the bathroom was really tiny. 2. the AC in our room was constantly making a very loud and very noticeable noise. it was quite loud and made it difficult for us to sleep or even rest. and turning off the AC meant it got too warm inside the room. we complained about it the moment we came and while the owner said she tried to fix it, nothing really happened and we had to endure the annoying noise for three nights and 2 days. 3. the WiFi stopped working on our first day at the hotel. and I’m not saying it was slow, it just stopped working completely. complained to the owner again, she said she also couldn’t get any work done due to no internet, but it stayed that way for the next two days. I guess you all can imagine how frustrating it would have been to have no internet for 2 nights and 2 days. 4. the bathroom lock would fall off after every few attempts of opening the door, and had to be manually fixed back in every time. I guess if I had picked one of their larger rooms, and not encountered the AC/WiFi problem, I would have liked the hotel, however since my 3 nights and 2 days at the hotel were pretty uncomfortable, with nothing changing every after complaints, I wouldn’t really recommend this place to anyone, considering it wasn’t even cheap.

-Big room, clean & fully renovated! -There is also an espresso machine with capsules! -Near the centre. -The road is in the ZTL zone so if you have a car, find a parking near Piazza del Popolo. -Very friendy hostess! She helped me a lot with many inquiries i had! Thank you Patrizia! There is not elevator but if you know it, is ok! The steps are not so many

Perfect stay for Rome, in a great location for shopping and restaurants. Parking was a little difficult, but to be expected. Patrizia is a fantastic host, able to help with any questions or issues.

A perfect stay in Rome at a perfect location, beautiful rooms and very friendly staff there. First, the location is perfect, you are 4-5 minutes away from the metro, many different bus stations and additionally, it is directly near a beautiful place, called "Piazza del popolo" (5 seconds of walking). The rooms are very clean and every day, you get fresh towels, soap and everything you need, even coffee & tee. Everything is modern in this beautiful old building, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. All in all, everything was perfect, starting with the price, the rooms, the location and the staff, highly recommend this for a nice trip to Rome.

The property was very clean and at an excellent location! The mattress wasn’t so comfortable and there the room was an open plan (no door to the bathroom and toilet)
