The parking and the pool Ac not working / timer not working room switched off lights while we were inside/ wc broken / we arrived at 12.30 pm he refused to give us the room until 2.30 sharp or we have to pay early check in 50 € and I have kids with me! / same breakfast everyday

Great location! 20 minutes to Vatican City parking, 20 minutes to Fiumicino Airport during low traffic hours. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. They have onsite parking! Incoming tourists smoking near the entryway or refusing to let us pass while they checked in. I kept explaining we were already checked in as we obviously had no bags.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff! A little far if you’re planning to walk into the city, but taxi were always close by and quick. Not an issue if you have a car!

The staff are professional especially Ilaria at the recieption, i was having a payment issue and she handled it professionally. Breakfast quality is good but no variety of options Shuttle bus is a good option to get to the nearest metro station Location is far from the city center and metro(has to go with shuttle bus or rent a scooter if alone)

The breakfast was not good and no true italian coffee. The drinks and yogurt are served in paper cups.

Breakfast and gym were ok. It was not super clean, the cleaning crew rarely refilled toilet paper or body wash. And the staff wasn’t very nice with rare exceptions. Also their English skills were not the best.

the staff was incredible and the bed was comfortable the room was very warm (close to 27 degrees), but the staff said we could not use the AC as it it wasn't the right season for it (April 12th). There was no fan available and we couldn't open the windows as there was no screen and mosquitoes came in the room. Made for a very hot and uncomfortable sleep. The room and hallways could have been cleaner. Our daughter found something in the room and put it in her mouth - not sure what it was and the carpets in the hallways were dirty with bits of paper and dust that could have been vacuumed.

The shuttle bus driver is wonderful! The shuttle bus is not late enough. The night front desk guy is not friendly

Breakfast was good. We stayed in a double room, there was one set of towels. We contacted the staff, they promised to bring another set, but after two days of stay they did not solve the problem. Far from the metro, far from the bus, it takes more than an hour to get to the center. In general, the hotel needs renovation, especially the carpet....
