AC control not working properly so couldn't warm up the room during a cold January evening

No food service options except online, which was another problem because the third floor has no wifi.

Breakfast was not included

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Rome, on a steep hill. If you don’t have a car, getting to and from the hotel can be quite difficult, . It’s also far from Rome’s city center, so reaching the main attractions takes time and effort. If you’re planning to explore the city easily.

There is no reception after 11 pm to complain the below.... The night that we stayed on the upper floor it was like a teenager party, teens running and screaming around.... the next room person was talking to the phone for 2 3 hours and literally you can hear everything like no insulation at all.

Room was nice size We arrived late because of our flight , went into the hotel and no one was at the reception. Waited for 2hrs at the reception after our long wait no one turned up so we decided to look at the reception desk for note . Then we found an envelope with our name on it but no one bothered to email or message us to say they left a note . Location was hard to find , didn’t like the fact two single beds was pushed together to make double bed .

It was clean, for Roma prices they are acceptable. It was very loudly, the receptionist was talking loudly early in the morning, for 7:30, and in the evening after 22:00. Also the wall between rooms is so thin so I heard the alarm in other rooms

late reception no staff speak enough english to understand your needs, checked me out when I said Don't I just went away for one day,gave my room to someone else Roma is expensive everywhere

The property is very clean, with added security from an alarm if the wrong door code is entered. The breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff was accommodating and pleasing. There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property… However, with the car you’re ordering in for food.

Very polite staff! The tried to help us in every situations. Big room with cozy interior. Location outside of noise city, but with good transportation system. Good courtyard Water in the shower didn’t go away quickly. And also there is a problem with the shower system, it was a broken and water flowed slowly. There is a bad smell in bathroom. Also room needs a renovation. A little bit noisy. We could here all outside noises

The front desk/ reception men was an excellent host, extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all matters. Super nice and friendly person . Breakfast area staff also very nice . Great service from reception and kitchen team. The room could use some paint , but the room and bathroom was very clean

Everything else. Loud annoying staff, unorganized, hotel is super far away, in the middle of nowhere. Horrendous

The bed was comfortable The bathroom had black-mould everywhere and the drain in the shower didn't work. The window shutters weren't working. Plus a lot of noise from other guests. The tv is also extremely small.
