We loved the location. We loved the rooms. Very modern. We loved the little cafe a few minute walk away. Ludovica was very kind and instructions to get in were easy. Everything was good.

The location one block from the main square of Campo De Fiori is excellent. Once you come off the street thru outside door, make your way up to the main entrance at top of stairs from the ground level floor of apt building. Self check in for us was super simple, and we aren’t the most tech savvy. The room is clean and modern with all the essentials and even snacks provided. The staff (Ludovica) is superb. Always available via txt on WhatsApp - -very reassuring. It was a great stay for us. We walked to all the main attractions- all within 30min. Not a negative for us- because we enjoy nightlife when traveling. The noise level from street was sometimes loud. Not a negative for us- because we travel light. Someone with heavy bags will have to go up a few flights of stairs. That’s all. If none of the above applies to you- you’ll love staying in this location.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Nicely decorated, coffee available in room. Street a bit noisy late at night, but still a great place to stay. Safe area. Easy access to sights.

This was my favorite stay of our Italy trip. Location. Location. Location. Loved it all (had a hard time finding the door to start)!

The location is so convenient and central to all we wanted to see and do. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great. The host was attentive and accommodating. Coffee, tea and water were provided and a refrigerator is in your room. It is located in an active area so it was loud outside even unto the early hours of the morning. The street sweeper comes by after midnight. It wasn’t terrible but be aware.

Location was excellent. Ludovica was a God send. She communicated with me prior to arrival, sent all the necessary info and was available for any questions. She made the difference in my stay. Loved walking out to the square where the energy was top notch! Shops, people, flower markets, the best Gelato, and so may restaurant options. Forever etched in my heart. I will be returning. Highly recommend!

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel at first, but figured it out! The location was fabulous, right in the middle of everything. The fridge was full of drinks, and there were cookies as well, all complimentary which was nice. Our stay was short since we had to leave for the airport at 2:30 AM, but would definitely stay here again! Lots of noise at night, but due to the location that wasn't unexpected.

Perfect place for couples, the staff (Ludovica and Andrea) are wonderful and paying attention to all of the small details to make our holiday special. Great location and quiet.

Great location. Very friendly owners/staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple and the doors are key coded. Will definitely stay here again. Given the location, it can be loud at night. Bring earplugs.

It is a great location right next to Campo de fiori. The staff were great taxi to and from the airport. There is a breakfast offered as well, which was handy on our last day when we wanted to minimize the effort required to eat prior to going to the airport. Nothing

Excellent location, it's on a small street with close by cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies. Most major attractions can be reached on foot within 10-20 mins. The restaurants nearby were high quality, and were not those tourist traps. The property sent detailed instruction on how to access them ahead of time. The staff were there in the morning and responded to complaints very quickly. The staff were only there before noon it seems, and responses on WhatsApp was a bit slow. The AC in my room had a strong smell of mold, the property responded very quickly, but I didn't turn on the AC again to check it the issue was fixed. The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Location, accessibility without a person on site, cleanliness, room accommodation, hospitality of Ludovica ensuring we were taken care of. Helpful direction in locating places to eat and transfer to airport. Lift access was manageable but a little challenging to get to initially.

The location was excellent. Easy access to get everywhere. The room & bathroom were a very nice size. The shower was fairly dirty with lots of build up at the bottom on the glass, the edges of the grout was black & the shower head was very dirty.

Clean, comfortable, modern and excellent air conditioning in a good location. Stairs were a little difficult to navigate with luggage. But with no luggage, it was fine.

The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance for most if not all of the major sights in Rome’s city center. The Campo area was amazing with the small market and excellent shops and restaurants near by. The owner was also fantastic and really made our experience special. The only thing to be aware of is that the road the hotel is located on is pedestrian only. This wasn’t an issue for us as the taxi will drop you a block or two away, but I wanted to mention this.
