Good location, felt very safe and secure!

Location is fabulous.A 10+. My room was dark and dreary. It wasn’t a great room for the price. Not worth the cost.

Great location and very responsive staff to email inquiries The pillows on the bed were terrible and we asked they provide different pillows after the first night but the different ones were just as bad. Both times they provided two rock hard pillows and two that were supper thin with no substance. Unfortunately, the last room cleaning failed to leave toilet paper and we ran out which is not convenient when it isn’t easy to run out and get another roll.

Good location, room was clean upon arrival. Safe & secure as there was 3 different gates to go through Location was initially hard to find. Bathroom had mold growing in the corners. Shower didn’t drain properly and the detachable shower head did not work at all. Pillows were very thin & hard.

The check in experience. The part of this was hard, is at the front door. We did not know there was a bell to ring when we got there. The driver dropped us, and we were confused. I would just suggest, on booking, put in the notes what the protocol is when you get to the location. Everything else was fantastic. I know it was us, just not understanding the process as we havent been to this hotel before.

Clean rooms, great location. Helpful staff. Noisy if you are in the rooms by front door and check in.

The location was excellent. Very convenient to walk many popular tourist spots. Right in the heart of some shopping and cafes where you can grab a quick cafe and pastry to start your day.

Convenient location. Close to Piazza Campo di Fiori. There was a step down near the bathroom door that we were afraid we might not notice during the night

I felt like a local in a secure apartment on the coolest street of Rome close to all of its major attractions. I would stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at Guibbonari Suites as it was good in basically all aspects! For our first time in Rome, the location of it was fantastic and it was great being central and within walking distance of basically all major monuments. We just had a bit of difficult finding it, intially! Just be careful when looking at the map. How to find the door could have been explained better.

The place is beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff are very kind, very friendly.

Exceptional

Great location with a huge room. All necessary facilities were available and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. It is difficult to track down the entrance of the property. Maybe sharing a picture of the door will be helpful to locate the right entrance.

Central area with nice, helpful front desk/cleaners. The sheets had spaghetti/pasta stains on it. It wasn’t a big deal because I know sauce stains are near impossible to get out. The shower head and hand held shower need replacing, the rubber has a lot of calcium buildup that can’t be cleaned by hand. The water was coming out at maybe 50% normal flow capacity. Lastly the refrigerator in the cupboard was getting overheated and making the safe warm to the touch as well. Only thing I could do to rectify the problem is leave the door open so it doesn’t get too hot. Mini fridge shouldn’t typically be closed off in small compartment, it can reduce the life of the fridge and small chance fire hazard.

Location Hard to access. Aircon was loud, could be cleaner.

Good location We wish we’d been warned about the round bed. The plastic mattress protector was very uncomfortable. Also the step from the bathroom is dangerous without some kind of marking on the floor

The location is good close to many restaurants and attractions, property is clean Not a good option for a heavy packer as it has stairs and not very easy to access with more than one door and few stairs. The checkout is very early at 10am

Central location, short walk to great restaurants and all the attractions. Property was immaculate. Instructions for finding the hotel were very clear and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
