Location.. Bathroom and tv. 180 pounds and couldn’t moved in the shower. Tv is 28 inches

Location was great within walking distance to the colosseum! Plenty of places to eat nearby. Room is small. No place to fully open your luggage. Difficult for the two of us to walk around the room. No chair in the room.

Location to Colosseum, Bus stop and right in the centre of action. Small room, small restaurant space, breakfast option few, and the frontage of the hotel is not internationally characteristic, and for it's services and what the hotels offers, I consider the price per day a little expensive.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, and coffee was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Great walking distance to everything. The pillows were flat and hard (which can easily be remedied by bringing your own pillow). Me being a bulkier guy, the shower was small.

Ms. Carina is so amazing. She make sure that we are comfortable with our stay in the hotel.The location is perfect and quiet.

Close to the Colosseum. Thought we felt safe being next to police dept as well..... BUT... When we first got there, the blonde lady at the front desk was really nice and super helpful, but while we were gone, someone went into our sons room to put in a mini fridge and they certainly helped themselves into their luggages and stole $50 USD and $400 in Lira that the boys wanted as a souvenir. It wasn't a lot of money stolen, BUT the fact that someone stole it and went through the luggages is absurd!! They went through my sons underwear like perverts!!! I really can't believe they did this to us, but then again its ROME! Hold on to your stuff or place everything in the safe (who knows, they probably have a key to that too!) AC's are horrible, they have them set at a certain temperature and would not stay on. Walls are thin, you can hear everyone coming back at all hours of the night.

stayed for the second time at the same hotel. Location is excellent. Great value for money. They did not renovate or changed bathroom appliances but everything is clean. Travelling as a couple, stayed in the room just to shower and sleep. Good restaurants very close.

Nothing. The toilet was damage. They didn’t fixed. The breakfast very poor. The room smell so bad. The hall smell terrible. I paid very expensive for a deluxe boutique but the hotel is not a boutique. It’s very old ugly They need to lower the price. Everything.The price. The property.

The location is very good, the neighborhood is quite. As I was traveling because of the work, after I paid, I asked for the invoice to be issued. The administrator insisted on trying to convince me that it is not possible to issue the invoice.

The bathroom wasn't spotless, the hallway smelled like cigarettes, the curtains were dirty, and the bed headboard was dusty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Very small room , not good lighting, breakfast not great , staff are very nice . Location is good Size of room , breakfast , old hotel

The location of hotel is sth that I really like the most. Noise was coming from the other rooms of the hotel. The hotel’s amenities were limited.
