Excellent apartment in a good location. Quiet, family area, 200m from the starting station of tram number 8, which takes you to the center in half an hour. The accommodation is impeccably clean and regularly maintained. The hosts are wonderful and kind. Breakfast could be a little more varied...

Location and very well organized.

Location. Tramway last station is 3 min.walk and you can reach the Train Station and Capitoline Hill by this tramway. The flat is clean and comfortable. Also there is a balcony, we had dinner there at night. The location is very quiet and calm. Easy to contact the staff. Breakfast is enough and desserts are delicious. They fill the refrigerator in your room every day. There is an air conditioner in the room. Nothing.

Comfortable, quiet and clean appartment. Host Caterina is friendly and communication is quick. The area feels safe and although not near the tourist attractions, public transport is close. Wifi worked well. Excellent restaurant just around the corner and large park Villa Doria Pamphili in walking distance. Breakfast was fine, though pre-packaged. I appreciate that this likely helps reduce waste, but offering some fresh fruit for instance would be a nice addition.

Location is near most of the tourist sites, including the Vatican. Clean rooms and very friendly host.

Just an incredible place. The most helpful and courteous staff I have seen anywhere. The staff steps in and helps with any issue. It feels like you're not in a hotel, but you're visiting loved ones. The bus stop is 150 meters away, 20 minutes and you are in Venice Square. Nearby there are grocery stores and restaurants, you can eat in a more relaxed atmosphere. The room is great, very cozy, has everything you need for your trip. The breakfast is hearty and varied. I recommend this hotel.

Vey clean and tidy. The host very friendly. The location is peefect, very close to the bus stadion, supermarket. The noise from neighbors above the apartment. They were so loud that you can hear everything that they were talking and also what they were watching on tv. We did not get almost no sleep. Last night before we let we were up till 3am becUse we coudnt fall asleep.

Quite good rooms, spazious, with a nice balcony and very clean. Great service from the owner. Breakfast is also very delicious and plentiful. Not super close to the centre, but Bus 8 is right around the corner and comes very often.

It was out of the city. There was the number 8 bus at the end of the street that finished a street away from the trevi fountain. Nothing.

I was visiting family and my newborn nephew so needed a nice location close to them. This was the best possible option for me, but also if I was to return for leisure, it’s proximity to the tram and FCO airport would make it an ideal property for any visitor.

Exceptional

The host Catarina is super amazing! She proactively went to buy bus tickets for us and then explained how we can get it. It was the time when shops were closing so she rushed and tried for us. No host did that before! The breakfast options and toiletries were refilled everyday which is very nice. The room and kitchen was clean. I fully recommend the stay. Not much to say only the smell sometimes in the kitchen.

The property is very clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly, made us feel very welcome and helped us with how to get bus tickets for travelling into the centre of Rome. We found the location to be a bit of a nightmare. The property is very close to the tram 8 line but it was not running throughout the duration of our stay. The tram service was replaced with a bus service but the buses were unreliable and often didn’t show up and the property is nowhere near the metro.
