Fantastic location of hotel close to many of the city center landmarks. Very modern looking hotel with great design artwork all around. The staff at the hotel were great in their customer service, they booked restaurant reservations, looked into booking tickets for tourist attractions and were great in providing general help in making my stay an enjoyable one. Nothing to write about.

The location of the hotel is stellar and the decor and ambiance is top notch! Mistakes happen and we can have compassion for that but we had asked the front desk to get us a taxi for 5 people, 5 hours before our departure time. 10 minutes past our departure we find out they “couldn’t get one”. If we had known this when we asked for the taxi we could have made other arrangements. We had a very expensive reservation we missed and had to be them to still take us because of this lack of communication.

The absolute best location hidden on the most charming street. We walked everywhere, there are many great restaurants and shops around. We walked to the Spanish steps daily. Impeccable service, delicious food, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Rome.

From the moment you check in you’re made to feel special. They take great care in ensuring you have the best experience and we did. We were travelling with some elderly guests and the staff went over and above to ensure their needs were taken care of. We were very impressed. The hotel is small but very well located, the decor was of a high standard with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. We loved the all day breakfast option and the location was perfect for shopping and seeing many of the major sites of Rome were easily accessible. There are two locations and that caught us out at first with our larger party separated between the two buildings (the other one is 15 min walk away). Thankfully the hotel notified us of this before we arrived and they were extremely gracious and generous in being able to find a way of accomodating us all in the main hotel.

Location is good and close to city main shopping street elevator very small and old noisy bar under the property and we can't sleep till 3 am every day no sofa bed as they describe in the living room, only hard sofa and you have to sleep on it! the location in booking.com is not right, the moved me from one property to another

Beautiful design and location and great service

Location of the hotel was very convenient. Within walking distance of many interesting sights to visit and shops. Breakfast was excellent, choice, taste, variety, everything was very good and the service amazing. It was very clean, the staff was very polite, keen to help and make you feel welcome. The room was very comfortable, everything was working perfectly. I would definitely stay again, it is strongly recommended. -

Simply an amazing hotel on a cosy street just two steps away from buzzing via del Corso. We particularly enjoyed the prolonged breakfast time, which is very convenient for travellers like us who love sleeping in. The staff was helpful and professional in every way possible. —
