The room. The staff were mostly friendly. I booked in Motzart. Got put in the annex. The annex has a different name which is Vivaldi. When you book directly to Vivaldi the price is less.

The location is perfect, directly on via del corso street in the main hub, The building is separated than the hotel facilities it’s more a rental apartments not a hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location with great restaurants & shopping just a few steps away. It is central to and within walking distance to all the monuments. The room was clean, and the was bed very comfortable! The only problem was the toilet was tucked behind the bathroom door with the Toilet paper dispenser in an awkward position. We did not feel that the restaurant food was as good as everything else about the hotel but it would be an an excellent places for evening cocktails in the summer.

Location location location!

The staff are friendly and helpfull. The location is good, 30 minutes walking distance to most of the attractions and in the middle of the commercial shopping area full of life. It was never mentioned in the description that the rooms building is separate from the breakfast room and hotel check-in lobby. Building lobby was dirty and unkempt. There was no mirror for vanity. The price was not worth the quality of rooms.

Excellent location, very nice staff pillows and beds

We were scheduled to stay at the Vivaldi Luxury Suites but they put us in the Mozart Hotel. The entrance to the hotel was on Via Del Corso, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! We walked out of the hotel into the action. We could not have been happier with the location. Room was small and looked nothing like the photos on the website. However, it was clean and comfortable and suited our needs for seeing the city of Rome. We were able to walk to so many places from here - The Colosseum, Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc, just need a good pair of walking shoes.

Amazing location ,very good breakfast There was renovations in the room next door it was annoying

They did not give is a room at this hotel but instead at Mozart hotel which is older. They didn't even give an explanation as to why and it was disappointing.
-
friendly staff; nice breakfast buffet (minus leftovers from previous night’s dinner); great location; terrible wi-fi in room; pillows too hard

Exceptional

Excellent - exceeded my expectations We didn't actually have the rooms we booked - we booked Vivaldi Rooms but were in Mozart rooms

A pleasant hotel.

Air Condition not working right. They should have tell me how to check in. The address don't have front deck. We need to go over half block to find the front desk.

It was clean and roomy. The air conditioning was not working properly. We asked three times for the service to come check. We were told it was fine. Our room was much warmer than our friend's room, who stayed in the same section of the hotel. The worst was the booking directions. the directions led us to the front door of the property. No instructions for check in. I had to ask at a nearby hotel, to find out that we needed to check in at the Mozart hotel.

Location - location- location....also the fact that you hear music all day long as people rehearse at the conservatory. It really adds to the atmosphere. Your a/c works very well. Breakfast options were nice and the rooftop bar was lovely. Staff is really varied. The people who are personable and nice are very nice....but the ones who aren't, can be very short. There was one breakfast server (woman) who was really lovely and friendly but many looked as if they'd rather not be there, and your overnight desk gentlemen is quite short.

Superb

Location, breakfast, change of sheets and towels every day. Bathroom should be better maintained. In the corners of the shower cabin was green/black mold and you could smell the sewage from the drains. Taps were scrached.
