Unbearable smell that caused an allergic reaction in people staying inside. There were also problems with hot water.

Location Small and difficult if you dont have wifi when you first arrive

The location is amazing! Metro stop 1 meter walk from the entrance to the hotel. Polite staff, easy check in, and you can access the apartment using your phone which is very easy. Bed was comfortable, and our room was bright and big enough for a couple. Private bathroom with a nice shower. Thank you Pasquale! More than one towel each would be good, but it's not a deal breaker.

Very good location, close to Cafe Sciasci and Musei Vaticani. Francesca was wonderful! Excellent and helpful staff who were able to provide contacts for local spots to explore and tickets to visit historical places. The access to the rooms was very strange. An app on your phone that requires multiple steps to open each door, including the building, apartment and room. There were multiple times when the building door access didn't work and I had to contact the manager to get into the place. The room was very difficult to walk around within and the bathroom shower skirting was peeling away. They were clean facilities, though. If the access and small room is manageable for you, you'll be fine here.

Location excellent, easy to arrive to many touristic places in Rome. During this fierce summer, it was very nice to have ice cream shops open until dawn nearby Many street vendors, that affected my rest. Although it is not a responsability of the hotel, there was no indication that it would happen.

It was very close to Vatikan and touristic destinations We choose self check in because of our plane. They send us self check in page but it wasn’t clear enought. Then we had to call them. She say see you tomorrow. It was really rude behaviour. Almost we went to another hotel because of we didn’t get in. You have to open your phone evert time you want to get in the apartment. If you eant to stay long, add to your bill because you have to open your phone to international. Pasquale was very kind and helpful, but other personel is rude. It was my worst hotel experiance because of her. Go another hotel ıt wont worth. Also there was a another women’s hairs on the toulet carpet.

The location was exceptional! Only 1 minutes from metro exit. The owner was really nice guy, who is kind with kids. I wanted to know that the towels were not supposed to be replaced everyday. In fact, the owner kindly changed the towels once, however if I had known this fact, I could have dealt with the situation much better.

The host Pasquale was the nicest most welcoming ever. He made us feel welcomed instantly and was very informative. He even helped draw a plan to visit the main attractions during our stay. He was also accomodating with tea maker and necessary utensils for that. The hotel was close to the vatican which was great and near multiple restaurants and shops. The hotel and the room could be accessed via a link online that would open and lock the door for you which was hassle free and no kew/card to worry about. A small detail that my mother and I loved was that there was a bidet in the bathroom, a great extra that we highly appreciate. Thank you Pasquale it was a big pleasure to stay at your hotel. The room was very tiny so for 2 people it was a little crowded. But we managed.

The room was small, The bed was okay. The location and all the locks were fine to handle. Also the online checkin was ok. The shower was broken and everything in the bathroom seems to fall apart. Also there is no roomservice at all and after few days some fresh towels or the trash cleaned would be the minimum. At least when you stay longer. All the ventilation was dirty and noisy. So the aircondition and the fride did a lot of noise. TV had only Italian channels and not too many. The other rooms looked much better. Seems we got the worst room and saw the pictures from the other rooms...
